The outstanding service at this location(and the bread) is what sets JM’s apart from the competition. Been in here a handful of times now and each visit has been a pleasure. Just wanted to pay some respect where it is due.

Finally a Jersey Mike’s in our neighborhood! This location opened up about six months ago, give or take… These are without a doubt my favorite subs and sandwiches and this location now exceeds my expectations in every aspect. Just like any new store that opens there were some growing pains at first. However, manager Chris(who seems to always be there) is building a great team and has everything running smoothly now. Keep up the good work Chris!

I cannot say enough about this location. Not only are the subs the best in the area and a much needed addition to our neighborhood the crew, Anna, Chris and Cody go above and beyond to make sure my orders are made to perfection and ready to go as soon as I walk in the door. The quality of The vegetables, deli meats and various other ingredients and/or toppings is much appreciated and not something I have found at any other shop until they moved in. I hope our community supports this business because they are the best in town!

We had the best service when we showed up right before noon and asked if they could make us 2 catering trays. Hannah reassured me it was no problem and then yelled, «All hands on deck!» A crew of five people got on it and we were out of there in ten minutes with our order and a free cookie for our little one. AND the food was a hit with a 20 people it served! We will definitely go back soon, but we will order ahead ;)

I’ve never seen an employee hustle as fast as the one today during the lunch rush. There was serious try hard & caring. Great sandwich too.

Apparently they are suffering from personnel and morale issues… at least that I just heard… Why do I know this? Well, the other customers and I just had the privilege of listening to the girl taking my order complaining to her co-worker loud enough for several minutes about being overworked, being tired of doing something contrary to her corporate training and issues about her work preferences that should be mitigated due to her extensive seniority instead of taking my order or making our sub sandwiches. I understand there are problem when someone shows up two hours late for their shift. Yep, he came in while I was there too. As an added benefit, I got to listen to her yell at him as well. This is my third time at the store and its the second issue I’ve had with your workforce forgetting about the customers on the other side of the counter. Maybe its just my bad timing? Guys, I’m glad your sandwiches taste good or you would have warranted a 1-star today. Your Subs are awesome, but your workers are going to cost you a customer… or perhaps many… if they don’t start having your business become more customer friendly. I think some remedial training or a «you represent my business» speech from the owner/manager should be in their future. I have about one more attempt in me at good service at the restaurant before I’m done with your place regardless of how much I like the sandwiches.

i went here today and ordered three subs. I paid with a $ 50 bill. As i waited for my food three other customers came in and got their food. I still did not get anything. So the girl in charge asked me if I had ordered yet. I said yes the guy right here took my order. He said i didn’t take your order. Really!!! I then said this is the other guy who I paid. Same stupid response from him. I now told the girl in charge that I just want my money back. She said i need my receipt which I was never given. I told her there is a 50 dollar bill in the register i just gave the kid. She opened the register real quick and said their is no 50 dollar bill in there. i know they put the large bills underneath the tray. I threatened to call the police. She then said she needs to look in the register to find my order. How strange my order suddenly appeared. She did at that time give my money back. What a bunch of incompetent people working here. She then told me they were in training as if that should explain everything. They certainly have lost my business!

We have been to this location twice. Good service and tasty subs. Bread is very fresh. Great place for a quick bite.
