Poor management is definitely a problem at this McDonalds. They lost 6 employees a few days back and without explanation. The ice cream machine was broken for months, they replaced it but last night it was broken and I couldn’t get a milkshake. That was after waiting in line at the drive-thru in the #1 lane while they took 5 people behind me in the #2 lane, for at least 20 minutes. I pulled out of the drive-thru and parked so I could go inside and get my food, which took forever! Another day early last week I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and when it was my turn to order, there was a CASHONLY sign on the speaker! Can you imagine how frustrated the ex-employees are/were? Things breaking constantly, customers being rude to them. If this is a franchise, whomever owns it needs to get up and get this business in recovery mode! If it’s corporately owned, it’s time to give this store a little attention!

I tried going back, ordered food and was missing a hashbrown. No big deal, right? I also ordered 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal and got fries, a drink and a container that I thought was nuggets, turns out it was 3 cookies, with one bitten out of it. This is embarrassing and horrendous. For people to treat others like this, all I can say is one day someone else will be working that window(we can only hope these losers can get their shit together) and someone is going to ruin your order and hard earned money for half eaten cookies when you think it’s nuggets. Me being completely respectful and saying yes sir and no sir, to be disrespected like this is just embarrassing for them. Who raised you?

This is the mickey d’s I usually go to because it’s close to my house. Up until recently, everything was good, but now I’m kinda disappointed! Fries used to over-flow the container into the bag(and I LOVE their fries). The last 2 or 3 times, they only went a little over half way. All the ads you see show the fries going way up past the top of the container. Come on McDonald’s, are you really that hard up for a few extra pennys?

I’ve never hated a McDonald’s as much as this one. Horrible service and Drive through is even worse! Went through drive through waited 10 mins no answer. Even drove up to window and server just ignored me although he looked right at me.

We have relocated temporarily and this is the closest McDonald’s to our house and it’s so disappointing! I go to McDonald’s a least once a week so I have been to this location a number of times. Maybe 5% of the time they will get your order correct, but don’t count on it. Make sure you talk slow enough for them to even get your order in the system. Not once have they gotten an order correct on the first try. I have learned that I have to have them repeat my order to me when I’m paying at the first window, but that doesn’t always mean it’s correct when I get it. Their fries are never hot or fresh. Actually none of their food is ever hot. Drive-thru takes forever. At my most recent drive-thru visit I actually had to ask for my food sitting right next to the window just so the employee could stop chatting with the other employee.

Don’t expect an answer at the drive through. Waited five minutes, eventually drove away.

Went there last night, ordered $ 24 worth of food, got $ 6 worth of what I ordered after waiting for 30 min. They said it only printed half of my order, and when I tried to repeat it back the girl didn’t listen and just gave me three random things, a drink I didn’t order, and(I kid you not) 3 sharpie markers in my bag. My food was freezing, and my hot and spicy had a unmelted Kraft singles looking piece of cheese on it. There were only two people working, it was very busy, and I think the management is to blame.

Woooooow. Went here for coffee and a fountain drink to kill time. The manager was sososo rude to the employees and the guests. We waited ten minutes for coffee, got outside to the car and it was cold. I threw it on the ground and we left never to return. Garbage ass mcdonalds. Slow poor service with horrible product. F-!

Legends tell of a time long ago, when ancient Scottish clowns roamed the countryside, felling steers with spear and lance to be brought back to their community campfire, where they would divvy out the kill, a quarter-pound at a time, to their hungry masses. It would sometimes take days for the ancient McDonald clan to track down the cattle and return with the meat, and this location hearkens back to those days with their obscenely long wait times and indecipherable mutterings over the drive-through headsets that would be more befitting of an inebriated Scottish clown than a braindead high school student from lower Arvada. Also, said inebriated Scottish clown would probably have a greater propensity to get orders right. Seriously, though, I’m fairly certain that they still need to wait for the meat to be divvied from the communal campfire before they cook it, because the only way I’d believe that they could be any slower is if they rolled in the food deliveries by dragging them across a series of logs like the rocks of Stonehenge were, instead of via delivery trucks. The food, when it eventually arrives, has a unique predilection for being lukewarm; I’m not sure where exactly they may store it, or whether they just leave it in the hot window to heat it up after assembly, giving you that slightest bit of hope that your meal will be palatable when you feel the heat rising from the paper wrapping. But it’s never really as hot as you’d like, or as fresh-tasting. I’m not expecting that ancient spitted-on-a-claymore open-fire-roasted heat and flavor, but I’d like it if my burger didn’t taste like something between a warmed-over hockey puck and bituminous coal. The service, as I’ve mentioned, is slow. And not«slow» as in «that feeling of slow progress as you move through traffic on I-25 during rush hour, five feet every ten minutes,» but more like«slow» as in «molasses attempting to flow uphill in the arctic.» This is only compounded by the fact that any special order(such as «no ketchup,» which on the face of the matter, would only theoretically *save* time in the kitchen when they DIDNOTHAVETOTAKETHETIMETOPUTASMANYTHINGSONTHESANDWICH) will almost assuredly be made incorrectly, necessitate its own return, and consequent intervention by a manager to ensure that your second order arrives just as slowly with a slightly higher chance of being put together correctly. If you want a hamburger, go to Red Robin across the street. Sit down, have a pint, order dessert. You’ll end up saving time. Or go to the Burger King. Or dress up like a Scottish clown, hop a plane across the pond and go hunt wild cattle yourself. Any of these choices would be faster.

Went through the drive through at 1025am to order breakfast and the drive thought attendant was rude, she would not accommodate me for breakfast and she started laughing because I wanted breakfast. McDonald’s is lucky their an established food chain, this company would never survive if the were just starting out because of lack of customer service.

If i could give zero stars I would. Just stay away from this place. Far far away. My experience: — got my order wrong, three times! All I ordered was two regular ahoy meals! — one of the employees, while on break in the dining room, was dropping the f bomb over and over while explaining an obscene sexual situation to her extremely shady friends. My children could hear, so we got up and left. — we visited the bathroom on the way out to find NO toilet paper in sight. –cigarette butts littered the ground just outside the front door. The whole situation meet me kind of sad actually.

Some of the most inaccurate orders have been given to me here maybe it’s the 2 lines and on top of that was constantly given cold food

It’s chaos with the staff! They need some leadership, their service has really gone down hill, but they keep pressing the serve button before they get the food so that must be more important to the owners. The food is cold, coffee cold, the breakfast burritos cold and barely have any egg!!!

Their chicken wraps are alright, but it’s a McDonald’s. One cannot(and should not) expect good quality food here. They’re always trying to find the cheapest way to make a buck off of you. Sure, many businesses can and are like this, but they have it down to a science. But I do visit from time to time and it does help that this location has a playplace. A lot of the time I just take my daughter to a playplace without ever eating here.

Agreed on slower service, but their manager, Kelly, really steps it up a notch. She is on par with a «real» restaurant manager, and a nice one at that. She takes her job, her customers, and customer service personally and seriously. Something I’d have NEVER expected at a McDonald’s. I’m not a frequent MickeyD’s customer, but when I took a bite and tasted only salt(and spit it out) I had to take the burger back and return it. I couldn’t even think of eating anything else, only downing my sweet tea to get the awful salt flavor from my mouth. Kelly apologized profusely, and personalized it, saying«I know it sucks when you crave something and you take a bite and it’s not right. I want to make it right» …Seems simple, right? In this day and age, it’s not. It’s funny to me that a Manager of a McDonald’s gets it, and understands what Customer Service is. Kudos!

Agreed. Sucks bad. They couldn’t fathom that someone would want half regular Coke and half diet Coke TOGETHER. In ONECUP. And super slow.
