Mossholder’s Floral

These are my beautiful flowers after 8 days! I have received flowers 3 times from here and each time they are very pretty and last a long time unlike other places where they become droopy and dying after a few days. I highly recommend Mossholder’s to anyone looking to brighten someone’s day they won’t let you down!

They did my wedding flowers back in 2002. Everything looked Fantastic! We never did pick up my bouquet… My 1 year anniversary, my husband called for flowers and found out she had kept my bouquet!!! She framed it in a beautiful display box. A + in my book!

EPIC FAIL. Look at the difference of what I ordered and what my mother got. I called the owner and she argued that that’s the only flowers she got in. I told her I wanted it to be made right — she said she’d do it again, but it would look the same. THEN, I asked her if she did Unilocal or any other social media and her mark was «I don’t have time for that nonsense». Guess what? SHE DOES have outlets for me to show her work and reveal her attitude about making things right.
She gave me the excuses:
1) they threw away the photo of the flowers and she can’t put it together again
2) Ecuador — they are just not getting the flowers they should anymore from them
3) There are no carnations today — she’s going to have to cancel orders
4) Well, your mother thought they were beautiful, isn’t that all that counts?
This woman is WHACKED.

I live in Hawaii and ordered flowers on their website for my mom to have for Mother’s Day this year in Colorado and it was a TERRIBLE experience… they ended up delivering the flowers really late in the afternoon and when they arrived didn’t call my moms phone number or mine like they should have to say they were there or double-​check to see if she was at home… then they ended up just leaving my moms flowers that had a necklace with it at some random neighbors house 5 houses down whom they don’t even know.
Furthermore, when I had called to check on the delivery that evening because I hadn’t heard anything from my mom yet, the lady who answered the phone was quite short with me and made like I was inconveniencing her by calling when all I was trying to do is follow up on what happened with my order.
Finally, the next morning my parents neighbors were nice enough to deliver the flowers to her BUT when she got them, they barely had any water, the lilies were droopy and the roses were practically already past blooming… pretty much a careless arrangement of old flowers that I paid good money for.
ALSO, my mom went out of her way to call them about her concerns regarding the delivery and the state of the flowers and the gentleman she talked to on the phone was very rude and wasn’t apologetic at all about the inconvenience nor the unacceptable state of the flowers in the arrangement. In fact, he went on to tell my mother, «do you know what weekend it is???»…as if to say that they’re too busy to be concerned about our order and we just have to deal with it. I’m sorry, BUT that’s not what I payed for or what I would expect from a professional florist: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MEDIOCRE FLOWERS, & IRRESPONSIBLE DELIVERY SERVICES to say the least… NOT IMPRESSED, will not use this florist again.

Screw this place. They messed up my order when I tried to send a girl who is practically suicidal she is so lonely some flowers on her birthday. I called and called and never heard back from them for 4 days and when they finally called back all I got was excuses. The «best they could do» was bring her the order almost a week after the fact or credit my account. I will never use these incompetent people again and would not recommend that you do either.

Used Mossholder’s for a funeral. The flowers were beautiful, large, and perfect!

Mossholder’s is the BEST! My company uses Kelly’s services quite often to order flowers for various occasions. I always appreciated the level of service and speediness in getting our order taken care of, but I never got to personally see how good the flowers are. That was until by husband bought a bouquet of roses from Mossholder’s for my birthday. They were gorgeous! — simply the most perfect roses I have ever seen. Don’t use those big chain flower stores, call Kelly today and keep our local businesses going! :D
