I wish there were zero stars. This place is horrible! The customer service is rude, not courteous, and unprofessional. The manager was the worst of them all. The place is unclean. They got our order wrong again! This time we waited 30minutes for a Togo order and it was still wrong. Upon returning, and to the speaking to the manager he was rude and unapologetic. While waiting for our order to be corrected another customer complained about cold food and the manager did nothing! The general manager Hannah Robertson MUST get the staff in order. We will not be back.

WORSTVISITEVER!!! We went in for lunch break and not only was there no tables to even sit but even to go it took over 35 minutes to get our take out over for 3 very simple dishes, my sister ordered first and hers was a simple salad, and they got her order last and it wasn’t even made until the very end of our visit. HORRIBLE and then we get back to work and they didn’t even get the salad order right this is horrible!!! I think a refund should be issued it shouldn’t get a 1 star

Came here super hungry. I’ve ordered Pad Thai in the past at other locations and it was actually pretty good. Got it here and it was terrible. Just tasted like plane noodles with no flavor what so ever. Not good.

This location is filthy !!! Looks like the floor has not been vacuumed in months. Dirt and grime everywhere! Service was very slow which added to this horrible experience. Not worth the price you pay. Gross.

This was the grossest pasta I have ever had. Got Penna rosa with grilled chicken. The noodles hard, barely any sauce on pasta. The chicken looked boiled, not grilled. Almost 10 bucks for crap. Also waited 20 min for my food. Can’t even eat it. Looks as bad as it tastes.

Noodles and Company is delicious! I also didn’t know that they offer gluten-free options, but it turns out they can substitute nearly any pasta bowl so it does not contain gluten! The staff is great, Jack the manager was especially kind to us during our recent visit. I love Noodles and Company, and if you’ve never been you should definitely try them out!!!

I love Noodles, but this store is horrible! Worst customer service ever. Employees talked for a good ten minutes before they handed me my food. Acted like they didn’t see me standing there waiting. Really disappointing…

Nothing spectacular. Service tends to lean on the slow side. Food is good– but nothing to brag about. To be fair, it is one of the better options in the area.

This place is great! First time I had ever been here. Great food, reasonable prices, and lots of variety.

Why is everyone hating on this place? It’s delicious, fast and consistent. Yes, it’s a chain restaurant. But it’s good! One of the better food options in north Arvada.

I was reminded tonight why I haven’t been in this restaurant since it opened. The only reason I went is because it was for a school fundraiser. The people are nice but clearly overwhelmed by their jobs. The place was filthy. My sons meatballs were charred hockey pucks that couldn’t be eaten. My Indonesian sauté was all heat and no flavor.

I tried this location because i didnt know where to get good Thai Food. And they had Pad Thai on the menu. Gross. It was bland had no seasoning, the peanut sauce was tasteless. I havent tried anything else on the menu, and dont plan on going back.

I was at this location when I was visiting home for Christmas last year, and will NEVER go back. For one, the dude at the register which I think was the manager was RUDE. I don’t know what his problem was, but he was a jerk. There were not that many people in the restaurant when I visited. I moved out of the way once I paid and stood on the side where I could see the kitchen, as it is an open one. The guy that was grilling my chicken was flipping it and one of the the strips almost fell on the floor. It got stuck on the top of what looked like a handle for an oven. I watched him pick it up and throw it back on the grill and then serve it to someone else’s meal. I was DISGUSTED. My Pad Thai was ok, but naw, I won’t be coming back.

I hadn’t tried this location, but it’s pretty much the same as all of the others. Some of the menu options are different compared to the one at Flatirons. I keep trying it thinking that I’m going to find something there that I like, but I just don’t. I tried the Asian Pan Noodles without meat… menu said it came with bean sprouts, carrots, and broccoli. Sounded like a decent vegetable selection. Unfortunately it was just a plate of overly salty soy sauced noodles with 4 tiny broccoli pieces and a handful of sliced carrots. Apparently I needed to ask for EXTRA broccoli which I think I saw on the menu was another $ 2 or something. No thanks.

I’ve eaten at this location a few times, and it’s okay. Nothing to write home about, but when I was craving Pad Thai, it did the job quick. The sauce was a little sweeter than I’d like, with the odd kick of cayenne thrown in, but that’s just preference. The rice noodles were cooked fine. I do like more veggies in mine, but again, this is fast food. I’ve also had their Egg Noodles with Mushroom Stroganoff and Braised Beef. Again: I’d like more mushrooms, and the beef was saltier than I’d prefer, but again, that’s personal preference. It’s a step up from McDonald’s, as it should be, but it’s nowhere I’d make a special trip to.

I am a faithful Noodles-er and have been for over six years. No matter what I get here I absolutely love it. And despite what others may say, I find it very consistent. I went to a Noodles in California and it was just as delicious as this Noodles in Arvada. Always perfect. As a vegetarian, I love that every meal starts out vegetarian, and then you get a choice of protein so you can mix and match to your heart’s content. They make a mean grilled tofu. My recommendation would be the Penne Rosa(no mushrooms, with Parmesan cheese) with grilled tofu(or meat for you non-adventurous carnivores :) What’s best is that this Noodles has amazing customer service. They keep smiles on their faces despite the craziest of lunch rushes and are always willing to help me with anything I need. If a dish is made wrong it gets whisked away and re-made without me having to argue or anything. Amazing staff. No matter what you get here it’s delicious. Every time. I absolutely love it!

You know when you have those moments of weakness and you find yourself in a place you know you shouldn’t be? That is where I found myself this afternoon, and boy do I regret it. I may be a little crazy, but I find each dining experience an event that shouldn’t be wasted. I wasted this one bad… I haven’t eaten for for about 3 years now and suddenly after the first bite remembered why. Given it’s a chain, but this was not a chain like Wahoo’s Fish Tacos where at the least the food is consistent. First off, the chopsticks were scary. The first pair I grabbed was so badly sanded that splinters were definitely going to be the result. I ended up going back and grabbing four other pairs to no avail. I chose the least deadly and waited for my food. So maybe my taste buds have changed since eating there last, but the sauce for the Japanese Pan Noodles was too reminiscent of ketchup. Also the broccoli was underdone, given I like al dente but these were like al rocke. Yuck !!! One food experience wasted. :(
