Payless Shoe Source

Sucks in the customer service department. One employee on break and one employee doing time cards. I had to ask them to come out of the back room twice!!! Once to get shoes with the tall grabber and once to ring me up. Never visiting them again!

So I have a limited selection of shoes since I am 6’3″ and go between 11, 11.5 and 12 for shoe sizes in women’s.
I often dread going shoe shopping, almost as much as shopping for jeans. So I went in to this Payless with an open mind, thinking «If they have my size, then great. If not, well it’s not the end of the world.»
I went in and to my surprise, there were probably 35 different shoes to choose from in size 12 which is UNHEARD OF. AND this location even carries size 13! WOW!
I got a pair of cute little brown flats I can wear with brown/​blue outfits. I am definitely returning to this Payless location, great selection, and the service was great too!
I don’t remember his name, but the guy working was super helpful and even looked in the back for a different color of sandals for me.
