What an amazing job! After trying craigslist and getting shoddy work done on my house. I decided to try professionals. Money well spent, the work was amazing. Skip the crooks on Craigslist and go with a professional company that knows what they’re doing. Got exactly the work done I wanted. My bathroom looks amazing. Working with Melinda was amazing. What a great personality. Made me feel like family. I will definitely use Rapid Restoration again.

I was referred to Rapid Restoration by my neighbor when my basement flooded in September. The technician arrived within 15 minutes of my call and was at my door with
a sump pump and fans. They placed the sump pump outside of my basement in a hole that originally had a sump pump in it prior to me purchasing the house. They sucked up the water and turned on several fans around the basement to dry the floor. They came back the next morning and evening to check on it. My floor and many of my personal possessions would have been destroyed if they weren’t there so quickly. The technician was very nice and truly concerned for my possessions. I will use Rapid Restoration again if I ever have any problems in my home again, as well as refer Rapid to friends and family !
