Always end up with a great haircut when I walk out. Very pleased with the costumer service at this location, Ask for clair!

If I could make my hair stop growing, I would. Until then a simple quick cut is just what the dr. ordered.
I rarely have to wait event when i fail to call in and get on the list, the stylists are all very friendly. I’ll be going back until they close, or I move.

Understaffed. We were not warned that our wait would be over an hour. Just two stylists working and one or the other was continually dropping everything to check in new customers. One customer had trouble checking out and one of the two stylists had to dedicate about 15 minutes to the transaction — while she was in the middle of another persons cut — just unprofessional. The stylists seem really polite, but they need more bodies in there helping out. Also, without a doubt, another walk-​in was seated for a cut before us.

I decided to come here after a few trips to Great Clips and keep getting the wrong thing even after they note their system how you’d like it. I came here about 6pm on a Wednesday and there wasn’t a line which was great. I did have to wait for one person to get done but that wasn’t an issue since the last place I’d go to usually had 2 – 3 people waiting before I’d even be up. Anyways. Doug was the guy who got to cut my hair and he was so professional. I’ve been to a lot of places and for once it seem like someone actually cared about the final product. Unlike Great clips where it seem like they are just trying to keep up with the customers walking through the door Doug has cut my hair better, and what seemed to be better techniques then any other barber I’ve gone to. I’m not a professional hair stylist but I actually thought my hair meant more then a quick buck. I’ve already told him to expect me back.
