Chris, is a true glass professional. After talking with him, I found out that he comes from a family of glass professionals and has been in the glass business for over 20 years. If you have questions about your windows or need to replace any broken glass, Chris will give you a straight honest answer and get you what you need for the best price. We had an issue with our shower door and Chris checked it out. He knew immediately what was wrong and, instead of quoting a new shower door, fixed it for way less than anyone else would have.

Glass Guru is wonderful! I needed replacement glass for my light table and I called several companies for bids and timetables. Glass Guru was the most reasonable priced, but the primary reason I selected them was their outstanding customer service! The people I spoke with on the phone were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. On December 31st, they estimated 2 — 4 weeks for them to receive the glass. They received the glass sooner that expected and this morning, January 14th, they delivered and installed the new glass. Thank you Chris and Laura for your great service!

O.K. follow up review… they just put the window in this morning. The quoted price was within $ 20 of the actual price including taxes which is truly wonderful. I know there are others out there like me that have been quoted prices only to end up paying huge taxes, fees and other tacked on charges. Not this company. The owner, Andy, is the one who took my call and was very professional and patient, the installer showed up at exactly 11a.m. (our time slot was btwn 10 and noon), was very courteous, efficient and overall wonderful. He was in and out in half an hour and cleaned up any mess made. My new window is so clean and clear it looks like there isn’t even a window there. I’m telling you folks, this is one awesome company that deserves your business.
