Horrible customer service, big attitude problem from staff. I stood at the front counter for 15 min waiting for a sales associate to check me out, when one finally decided to show up, she(old woman with long blonde hair) couldn’t have been more miserable unfriendly. There was no apology for making me stand up there like a fool waiting for lazy employees to do their job, she acted like she was doing me a favor or something. Also overheard the same miserable sales person cutting up on previous customer and his children, making out like he was a terrible father b/c the kids were being a little louder than she approved of. Seriously!?! I plan to get in touch with corporate regarding this. I love Tuesday morning, however you couldn’t pay me to return to this Arvada location.

It is what it is and that would be the thrift store of department stores. The place where Dept. stores send their unwanted items. The place where every once in a while you find a treasure among the piles of stuff that every other thrift store shopper has picked through but that’s the exception and definitely not the rule. They even have the colored tag discounts like a thrift store does too. The main difference being the stuff is new here(which is my phobia about buying used stuff from a thrift store. Used clothing? Could this have come from a bed bug or lice or ringworm infested household? Shudder, itch, itch, scratch, scratch. Sadly, my phobias are mighty).
