Westwood Center of Performing Arts

This is a great studio! The owner and staff care about the children’s well being and respect their family time during the holidays. They push the kids to get better and nurture them to ensure they are personally successful in meeting their goals. My daughters love it here and I continue to see them grow as dancers and as wonderful happy kids.

Well, I take it very personally that I am being told what I said was untrue. I am a business owner and the sooner, you know as an owner the customer is always right… the better it will hopefully run. Seems to me maybe the staff is afraid to tell you the truth. The teacher the very first class was 25 minutes late because she stated she wasn’t sure what time the class was supposed to start. Secondly, pulling through my phone records she NEVER called. Further, I had actually called for you twice not even saying who I was and was told in the summer you are rarely there at all. So, I AM NOT A LIAR. What I posted was true. The best approach in being a business owner might have been to not be so defensive and realize maybe the customer was right. I have no reason to lie about my experience. I think, as a matter of good business maybe it would be nice for the three of us to meet. The reply back to me felt defensive instead of apologetic. I have raised girls and know how hard the age can be. The circumstance had dynamics to it that were not healthy for any little aspiring dancer to be around. It took quite a long time for you to get back to me which makes me wonder if as the owner you even got the whole picture. I do hope I actually get a real call back to discuss this as giving bad reviews isn’t fun.

We love WCPA, my daughter really enjoys her ballet and tap class with Missy. Very positive atmosphere, and great communication through email and their website.
