This was my first time at The Loft. They had a lot of sales and some cute items. The store was spotless and all of the product was neatly put away and well stocked. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I liked that one of the employees came up to me and asked if I wanted her to start a room for me. She did and wrote my name by my room. It was so cute and she hung my clothes up in the room in a very cute way as well. She also told me if I needed anything to let her know. Seriously, you can’t find customer service like that anymore. I really enjoyed my experience here, but only walked away with one shirt. I’m sure I’ll be back.

I’ve always been a LOFT fan. So, imagine my excitement when I found out that there is a LOFT store in the Tejon Outlet. I get most of my work clothes from LOFT because they have great selections of Petite size clothing. Like all LOFT stores that I go to, this store is clean, organized and have a friendly and very helpful staff. They kept on checking on you if you need help with anything. Only thing I noticed that they don’t have are the shoes. I looked around but could not find them, unless it was tucked away at a different part of the store. I always like trying new shoes with my new clothes so I was a little disappointed that they don’t have them. Still, I’m going back to this place and will be doing my occasional work clothes shopping.
