Bought luggage here a couple months back for the wife and I. The wheel on my luggage broke so I took it in to get help on fixing it. The lady in the front was very understanding and tried to help us out. The manager Peter seemed to try any way to get me out of the store did not want to help us at all. Use saying like it would be faster if you did this. and Go here and you’ll have to pay for shipping 30 $ I told him I was not in a rush that we didn’t have a vacation coming up anytime soon that I would need to use luggage but he still sent me to someone else.
