Horrible Place. All the flavors and types of ice cream were out of stock. Employees don’t know how to speak English. When we were driving to the place a girl walked out and slipped on the black ice. They can get sued for this. The employees were just watching from the window with no care at all on if they should help the girl or give her another ice cream.

There are hardly any variety of flavors. Today i ordered an adult scoop and a kids scoop. My son’s was bigger than mine. I asked the employee of she mixed it up and she rolled her eyes and said no. No «hello, how are you, or thank you» I’d rather drive a little farther to sterling or get more expensive froyo.

If could give this place negative reviews, I would. Where to begin… I went to this place a few times, only because of their convenient drive-thru. Because of my experience a few hours ago(7÷7÷2014 @ 2000), I will no longer be returning. First of all, I am unsure of the staff didn’t understand English, was severely incompetent or just plain and simply didn’t care. We were stuck in this drive thru for 20 minutes, holding up several vehicles behind us. When the initial order was asked, the employee couldn’t understand what banana royale was. It was on their menu. After repeating several times, the employee switches to the other person in the office. Again, they couldn’t understand what banana royale was. We instead asked for pralines and cream. Still didn’t understand. The employees switched places again and asked for our order. After repeating«Pralines and Cream,» we were immediately yelled at with the response«WAIT! I’M BUSY!» We waited another 5 minutes, and he finally came back on asking for our order. The employee couldn’t understand what«Cookies and Cream» was, eventually saying they didn’t have it. They also did not have Bubble Gum ice cream. When then asked for Reese’s flavored ice cream. Couldn’t understand this either, but then told us they didn’t have it. We again just ordered for pralines and cream and cotton candy, and they replied with«just come around.» When we finally pull up to the window, all we received was cotton candy ice cream. We were told we did not order anything else. So we asked for just plain and simple 1 scoop vanila ice cream and 1 kid scoop vanilla ice cream in cups. The employee returned with 2 adult scoop vanilla ice creams in the same cup. I asked to speak to the manager, but the employee acted like he didn’t understand me. I continued to ask for the manager as he processed my payment, but completely ignored me. I asked again, and the employee switched with the other person. I asked for the manager once again, and the employee couldn’t understand me. I’m beginning to think that they were pretended to. After waiting 30 minutes at a DRIVE –THRU, with 2 screaming kids in the car, I decided to take it as a loss and call to ask for the manager when I got home. I called approximately 15 times. 4 of those times, someone picked up and hung up the phone. When I called back, the calls went to their voicemail, where I couldn’t leave a message. I will NEVER return to this place again. Worst customer service I have ever experience. Instead I will go to Maggie Moo’s down the street. Excellent customer service and employees who understand English. STAYAWAY!
