This is a great program! The workouts will challenge people at any level. I like that there is a mix of strength training and conditioning. I feel stronger than ever, I can run further distances, and have shaved time off of my minutes per mile.

Absolutely awesome. There is no way I could challenge myself like that without the boot camp. The instructor is great. He knows what he is doing and is totally respectful of your limits but still will always encourage a you an dwill give you a push when he feels you are ready. Each class is different from the one before. It alternates strength exercises with cardio. I like it a lot.
