Poor time management… Had 3 guns of mine and while two turned out ok, he had them for way too long. Butchered and took artistic liberties (did whatever he wanted instead of what the customer asked for) with the third gun… said he would fix, but never followed up or answered emails.
Disassembled one of the guns and lost a part… had to reorder. Stripped the handguards on the other and had to reorder… to his credit, he ate the cost on the handguards BUT inferred that the problem was there when I gave it to him… Pass.
