First time here and they were very helpful. The doctor that saw me was very cool and explained to me what my eyes were doing. Purchased some new glasses in almost 5 years so the gentleman who helped me was very kind and helped me pick out some new glasses that were sort of simmilar to the ones that I wear now. I was in very quick and the whole appointment took all of 45 minutes.

The staff was understanding about my financial limitations and worked to stay within them. I was happy about their price-​matching policy, as they matched the cost of what I paid last year. And I was also happy that they had a free sunglasses + purchase deal. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

We’re always pressed for money, so the $ 39 eye exam seemed like a great deal. The optometrist took his time and gave my eyes a thorough exam, including one for glaucoma. For only slightly more ($ 20), I got pictures of the retinas. Then I saw the $ 99 frames which included lenses! The selection was good and I got just the pair I wanted. But Ben worked the numbers and gave me a deal — more than I could have hoped for. I actually walked out of there very happy and spent LESS than I thought I’d be spending. How often does that happen? Great customer service, great value! I’m impressed and would highly recommend My Eye Dr. at One Loudoun in Ashburn!

Josh the general manager was great on service. There was zero wait for my appoinment and very well kept location. The optometrist was young which I find to be nice as she is up to speed on the latest tech and also not biased to LASIK which I asked about durinv my exam. All in all my appointment was last minute and they were very hospitable. Recommend for speedy and courteous service!

Was looking for a new pair of glasses at local optometrists and found this place. I have insurance but I used all of my allotted money for contacts so I was looking for a good deal. When I got to the store Ben and Josh helped me out a lot by answering any questions I had. I ended up getting a great deal (a lot better than other local stores) for my glasses. This store has great customer service and the staff works really hard to please their customers.

Very accommodating, friendly and knowledgable. The staff is patient and very helpful picking out frames. They are very fair on pricing, and even applied additional discounts when I felt the total was a bit out of range. They were also very good dealing with my 10-​year old getting her first pair of glasses in time for the start of school. All around great experience and highly recommended!

Visited for the first time, impressed by explanation by Terence (about lenses/​prescription) … Lucky me got monthly offer on my prescription (saved more then 50% then others). My recommendation is to visit this place and ask for their promotion. I am satisfied with my visit and will surely come again.

They took care of me like VIP and helped me to get what I needed. If I want to go for my annual check up, I definitely go to this place again. Thanks Ben.

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! This store has some of the best customer service that I have seen! I had previously been to another store and was not satisfied however the district manager quickly contacted me and corrected the problem. They didn’t Just fix a previous problem from another store but went above and beyond in every area! Will definitely be back

I came to this store to get a prescription for my glasses. The store was clean and they even offered some coffee! The prices are normal. The selection isn’t as large, but they offer a lot of different styles. The staff was also very friendly and helpful!

My daughter needed a new eye prescription for the year and we have always gone to My Eye Dr. in our area. This new location in Ashburn just opened up, so we want to give it a try. The customer service was great! We were able to get an appointment that is convenient to our schedule. They have a special for back to school for eye exams and the value is excellent! The exam is always thorough, and this My Eye Dr. in Ashburn does not disappoint. We are very pleased from start to finish.

Our experience here was great. Mr. Liebler was knowledgable and very helpful. He made our purchase easy and was able to access our insurance info in a sec. Over all clean store, glasses nicely displayed and staff very organized! Would highly recommend!
