I know that it’s more than the coffee that makes me appreciate this place, but it sure doesn’t hurt. The environment that we are using is private and quiet, yet right next to the entrance and the conference room. The receptionist is very friendly and personable and beyond helpful. I’ve even chatted with a few of the other people with the other businesses in the suite and it’s a very laid back environment (albeit some people are in suits and some are in jeans and hoodies) that works well for many businesses and walks of life. From what I understand, the rates are fair and the resources available are pretty abundant. I would recommend this sort of office environment for anyone who is either starting off or setting up an office in a new location. Ashburn is relatively «out there» in NOVA, but if you have a reason to be out here, this is a great place to be. I can actually see the development going on across the street at Loudon One, which probably means that traffic is only going to get more desirable on Route 7 (sarcasm…traffic is HORRENDOUS during either rush hour).
