While they have great care givers, the staff is horrible. You’re treated as if you’re at the DMV. If it wasn’t for the wonderful counselor here, I would wish the unwelcoming staff on anyone. Additionally for a place that says they care, the office decorating is straight out of the 50’s. There is nothing relaxing or calm about SBHS.

Well I did return to my previous Dr. Instead of returning to SBH and I can say with 100% certainty I feel so much better. I was put back on the meds I was previously on and got to dump the Zombie inducing meds SBH had me taking and I couldn’t be happier. I am so grateful there are still Drs that LISTEN and CARE about the real needs of Patients. Those Drs are NOT at SBH so do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. The attraction of SBH for most people is that they take Insurance where most places don’t but don’t go there, you will not get the help you need!

Terrible customer service. While the doctor we met was very friendly, professional and supportive it’s impossible to do business with them.
My wife’s phone calls are never returned.
We’re not able to get paperwork that we need.
In order to make the next appointment I actually drove all the way down to the office (since they don’t bother to return phone calls) only to find what they didn’t have what they said they would have.
Front desk has no interest in escalating the issue or resolving your problems. My wife & I were very professional and made several attempts to follow — up.
This practice doesn’t care about you — you’re just a paycheck to them.
