First class service and always helpful.
The owner is there almost every day– heck, he’s there in SUNDAYS during the holiday season!
Copies are excellent, shipping quick & easy… So glad they are in the center!

I have been using this store for several years and have been referring clients there when they have a need. They’re open early too so I can stop by on my way in to the office.

There must be a change in management! I have frequented this store over the past 6 years and been pleased with the customer service and reliability.
However this week I took in 2 boxes both sealed and ready to ship. Instead of looking up my account on the computer, the young man handed me a piece of paper to fill out. The box of 8 mm tape he processed and charged me $ 30+ which I thought was high for the lowest price but I accepted.
I declared that there were teacups in the second box. I (stupidly) agreed to let him open my box. He proceeded to try to upswell me packaging and bubble wrap to the tune of $ 72! Ridiculous! I took my box and left.
The service was slow. The people were uncommunicative. And the upsell tactic was insulting. I won’t be returning.

My personal experience with this location has been nothing short of first class service. I’ve worked with location now for 6 years and not once have had a problem. Most of the complaints I’ve read on this location have to do with poor customer communication and not requesting something in advance. The people they have working there are taught to submit whatever information you offer them. Yes, we’re human and misspellings will happen here and there… non the less YOU GUYS ROCK! Keep up the great service you provide Ashburn!

Needed a printout in a pinch for my son’s Boy Scout event while here in Ashburn. Called the store and spoke with Tyler — the store manager. Explained I had only a moment to stop in and pickup the printout, as my son had left his at home in DC by accident and we were on our way to the event with no time to spare. Managed to google the document, email it to Tyler, and pick it up ready to go within 5 minutes! Top notch customer service and support!

I came into the store this morning to ship some returns and make some copies. A couple of the boxes didn’t have labels, but Thomas straightened that out no problem. He was very quick and efficient. I asked how much copies were and he told me 15 cents. I was disappointed because they’re 11 cents at Kinkos. He asked how many copies I was making and I told him 1,000. He told me that brought the price down to 4 cents a copy and he got everything going in no time flat. Saved me $ 50 on copies today and did everything for me, too! I’ll definitely be back again. Thanks Thomas!

My husband, who forgot about the incidents I posted about here, went in (unbeknownst to me) and got ripped off AGAIN. Made him pay for addt’l mailer for UPS package – you get a mailer for FREE as part of your shipping. I happened upon the receipt in the car and asked him about it and brought him up-​to-​date. Thusly, he, too, will no longer be using this store either.

Went in the store to have a package mailed. The manager made me purchase packing tape and made the simple act of mailing a package outrageous. They had tape available. but insisted I purchase an entire roll. I will never give them my business again. Horrible!

Wish I could give less than one star.
We gave explicit directions on the delivery of our packages, and very little of that information was placed in the UPS order. The kid manning the register doesn’t know what he’s doing.
We are out $ 800 and still do not have our packages. They refuse to help with this as does UPS.
If you have to use a store like this, use your AMEX so you can dispute the charges when the job isn’t properly done.
If we would have used the Lansdowne package store, this wouldn’t have happened.
