This location is fantastic, I have always remember Ted enterprise and have always been treated nicely, but this location goes above and beyond. I feel like an actual person when I go there, they know me by name and genuinely ask about my day, they are amazing.
One thing I wish that could happen would be if they could keel the amazing staff that they have, they are constantly transferring people around because they promote within the company, that is great for the employees, sometimes I feel like I am saying goodbye to a friend. I guess the upside to that for me as a customer is that, hopefully I will see them again when I rent from a different location.
Bottom line is that I will not rent with anyone else, even when I had an issue, they immediately work hard to resolve it.
