Sapporo Express

I been to this place many times. I noticed there are many Japanese joints near Saporo. This place is not your typical Japanese join. It’s more than that. They actually care about service. They actually come to your table to check on you, and refill your drinks. I have to say the 4.99 lunch special is the best value in the area. The 4.99 lunch includes a drink and enough food for lunch and dinner specially Friday chicken and shrimp lunch special. I think most fast food places are more expensive than here… just saying.
The food here here is actually very tasty. The hibachi chicken was very tender and moist. The carrots and hibachi vegetables are very good, too. Give this place a try and thank me later.

Pretty good teriyaki, it’s not the best you will ever have but it’s pretty good. Very friendly staff! I loved the sweet tea here is very good! I would definitely come back here though. I have not tried anything other than the teriyaki here but the hibachi looked good when other people ordered it.

Good food. Even better is the speedy service and unbeatable prices. $ 4.95 for a lunch plate and tea is just ridiculous. I go here multiple times a week.

I absolutely love this place!!! I cannot get enough of the hibachi steak with shrimp sauce, and their tea is wonderfully made also :)

A Japanese quick food restaurant in a large shopping area, it is typical of this town
but there are others here that do a much better job.
Order at counter and they bring it to your table. Get your own drinks, flatware, etc.
All entrées served with fried rice, vegetables, sweet carrots and shrimp sauce.
2 spring rolls 2.55 were good (a 4).
Hibachi chicken 5.75 — not much taste (a 2).
Hibachi rib eye steak — very bland, again, not much taste (a 2).
Side order of mixed vegetables 1.79 — When this was delivered, I was shocked at how little was in the bowl. Should have cost .50, Definately a 1.
Never again!

Great food, amazing service, and pocket-​friendly lunch specials! Best Japanese restaurant in town!

We eat here often, and it is the best quick sit down Japanese restaurant we’ve found. Weekday specials are our favorite thing. Different meat (s) served, depending on the day of the week, and only $ 5.00 (that’s AFTER tax.) This includes rice, vegetables (custom order is O.K.), tea, and unlimited white sauce. Employees are super friendly. We always leave stuffed, and sometimes even have a box of our left overs. We are hooked.
