When I moved to Asheville 2 years ago, I looked for an Aveda salon. Love the product line. My stylist was Ashley, and 2 years later my stylist is still Ashley. Her skill with color (highlights and lowlights) is exceptional. At the start of every appointment, we review my previous visit and together we decide on any changes. I am always 100% pleased with the finish. Ashley always reminds me that I can pop in any time to have my bangs trimmed at no cost. This is a very welcoming salon. They always go above and beyond to schedule appointments that are convenient to me. I have recommended Aabani and Ashley to friends and will continue to do so.

I had a wonderful experience at Aabani. They were able to accommodate my last minute appointment. Michelle gave me an awesome haircut and I am so happy! On a whim I decided to cut my long curly hair short. She did an excellent job consulting with me to figure out what exactly I was looking for. My favorite part was the shampoo and condition… Michelle gives the best head massage I’ve ever received. I’m definitely going to make Aabani my go to salon in Asheville!

I hate the nickel and dimeing, I just spent $ 200 for highlights
And left with soaking wet hair. They don’t blow dry or style without charging. I like my stylist and the products but leaving with wet hair is

Terrible customer service, i had my hair highlighted it was over proceeded and dried out to she could not get the correct color? I was extremely over charge ! Total price with hair cut was 240.00 I did not even have it dried or styled. This person was a designer not master? I am sorry but I was taken advantaged of and owner said oh well nothing I can do ! Thanks ! I hope this will help someone make a better decision in finding a salon to go to. What con artists?

One stylist at the Biltmore Village location was superb but no longer there. Two stylists in the Weaverville gave me two bad haircuts, one of them very bad.

I am so glad I was referred to Aabani, I have been a repeat monthly customer for the past year, and I’m thoroughly pleased with the quality of all services and products but most of all the professionalism of all of their employees! Jim, the co-​owner, is an exceptional stylist! I especially like the fact that they are open on Sundays and Mondays. Jim has been performing miracles since I first started going to him. I get my hair cut and colored and will not go anywhere else! Amazing guy, very talented, and the salon is wonderful.

Meghan does a wonderful job of coloring and cutting my hair. She keeps me looking the age I feel. Each appointment she takes the time to make sure that the color and cut meet my current needs. Stars to Meghan and Aabani Biltmore.

My fiancé and I came to Asheville to pick a wedding venue and do some homework in preparation for the future shindig. While in Biltmore Village, we came to Aabani Salon so the fiancé could discuss hair options for the big day. We met the owner, Jimmy, and he was one of the nicest, most accommodating salon owners I had ever met. I mean, not that I’ve met a ton of salon owners, but the few I have seem to put the customer’s priorities behind theirs.
Jimmy, on the other hand, was much different. We were a walk-​in with no appointment, and yet he still treated us as if we called weeks ago. He gave us a tour of the salon and discussed, in detail, how they could up us, and the bridesmaids, on the day of the wedding. He even offered to help contact people he knew in regards to reserving hotel rooms.
Service like this seems to be hard to find anywhere, but we couldn’t have been happier with the level of service Aabani provided to a couple that just happened to walk in.

Fantastic Aveda concept salon in Biltmore. I drive 2+ hours from Charlotte to have Amy cut my hair, because she is just THAT GOOD! I made the mistake of having my hair done locally at the Aveda Institute, and a few days later, drove to Asheville to have my stylist fix it.
Everyone at the salon is friendly, fun and creative, from Jenny at the front desk, to the stylists on the floor. The thing I love so much about Amy is she really is an artist in a variety of media, in addition to hair!
My mom introduced me to the place, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
It’s a full service Aveda salon, and all of their products and services are top notch.
I’m also a big fan of their referral policy… referrals get a discount on their first visit, and the one who refers gets a product credit.
In all my years, I’ve never had such a great salon experience.
