B and B pharmacy is the best place to go for prescriptions and healthcare needs. This place is just like the pharmacy I worked in for 19 years and sadly with all the big chains with all of their promises of service they can’t replace that old home town family owned pharmacy. Everyone at B and B pharmacy treats you like family and they go out of their way to help you. Unlike the big chains that treat you like a number. Do yourself a favor and go into this business the next time you need healthcare and see for yourself how much better it truly is you won’t be sorry you did and you too will tell others

This place rocks. Especially the pharmacy and pharmacists. They are truly a throwback to a bygone era where the neighborhood pharmacist takes care of you as a neighbor. We had a glitch with an outdated insurance card, and because we’d been in recently, or maybe just because, were allowed to receive the medicine for our son and call back with insurance numbers when the new cards arrived. They are always on the lookout for how to make a prescription more suitabl for the patient. For instance, twice and with two different doctors the amount of medicine to the ratio of pills or syrup was unfriendly to kids, and the pharmacist took it upon himself to offer an easier to ingest solution with the same dosage. We are impressed. And it’s locally owned!

Local and always wonderful customer service. They know me by name and are very genuine. Great customer service and kindness of the employees, makes this a no brainier pharmacy for me to use!

This is an old, hometown pharmacy. In West Asheville on Haywood. Near my favorite record store(Harvest Records). They have a mix of real and«home» remedies here. Lots of hard candy. Old ladies. Home medical equipment. No soda fountain. Prices are higher than CVS, but I give em a little love. They are locals.
