Food okay. Service okay. Seems short staffed at 9:30 am, and nobody is up front hosting, so people have to wait for a staff member to notice them before seating.

We came in and the manager showed us tables to sit at and said pick one that wasn’t dirty, they were all dirty. While we were one of three tables in the front dinning area, they never came back to our table until we’d been done eating for 15 minutes, another 10 to get the check. Mediocre food at best, no service, we’re never coming back.

When I really don’t feel like cooking and I want a quick breakfast bite, I may stop here. This time was a little different than normal. I don’t usually get toast with my order, this I did. What a waste. It was burnt on one side and unto aster on the other. Seriously? The hash browns were cold on the least they got the eggs right. Disappointing and unsatisfied, it will be awhile until I come back here. A long while.

First off, it’s an IHOP. Very clean with good wait staff. They were friendly and helpful. Coffee was a little bitter like it was on the heating element too long. My daughter had the chicken fajita omelet which was huge and we paid the extra 99 cents to upgrade the pancakes to cinnistack. Well worth the upgrade charge. I had the sampler because I love all breakfast food and can’t decide on bacon or sausage or ham, so why not get them all. Food was good and fresh. If you want just a good predictable breakfast, thus is a great place. 4 stars only because it us a franchise. 5 means they do something different and spectacular.

From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed. This is an innocent non assuming little IHOP off the beaten path but boy does it pack a punch. The restrooms were spotless and the restaurant is very clean. The hostess greater me with warmth and professionalism. My server was kind and never let my water or coffee cup get empty. The food was hot and fresh. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were delicious. Overall I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Asheville area.

The food was good… The cook could learn some leasons on how to cut meat. My sirloin tips were full of grizzle. Other Ihops seem to know how to cut away the grizzle before the cook the tips. The service was spot on.

Pros: Great location just off I-40 near hotels west of Asheville, low prices, decent food, friendly wait staff. Cons: None for this level of dining. Came here with DH for quick dinner after traveling all day – we were tired and wanted to go to a familiar place. As it turned out, they were having a special on the red velvet pancakes – our server said they were so good, the wait staff wasn’t allowed to order them unless they paid full price! I don’t know about that(they were good, but not THAT good), but the food was good, the service was quick and friendly, and it was close by our hotel. Couldn’t ask for more on a Friday night.
