Jersey Mike’s Subs

Just placed an order over the phone for pick up. Ordered an Italian hoagie and asked for oil, vinegar and oregano, not mayonnaise like they put on it the last time. We get home and the hoagie has no lettuce, tomato or onions. I call to speak to the manager who is in fact the same voice we ordered from on the phone, and I told her what was missing. She said and I quote…“you didn’t say Mike’s way”…Are you kidding me? We’ve ordered Italian hoagies before and NEVER said Mike’s way. They are from Jersey and they know an Italian comes with lettuce, tomato and onions. Never again will I go back to this particular establishment. If we needed to say Mike’s Way then she should have informed us of that option as the manager. You know, let’s blame this on the customer… it wasn’t the manager’s fault right? Nobody takes responsibility for anything anymore. She did offer to remake the sandwich if we brought it back… nope, live too far away to do that.

Ok this jersey mikes is one of, if not, the best I’ve been to. I really like jersey mikes lol. Haven’t even had the sandwich yet and I just had to come on here and talk about it. John was amazing. People can be lazy and uncaring when it comes to making a good sandwich. He was not one of those people. He was effortlessly cool and nice all at the same time. The other two workers were great as well. For the 5 minutes I was in there, my day was significantly made better. Thanks JM. XoKasey.

This location was voted Best of Asheville for 2012 – 2013. Everything I’ve ever got here has always been fresh. The employees are always nice and personable. I personally go here so much that when I walk in they already know what I’m going to order and sometimes have already started making my sub-​sandwich before I even enter the place! Haha… they’ve figured me out. :)

Solid tasty subs. Nothing amazing about the food necessarily but everyone, and I mean everyone that I’ve talked to that works there is super friendly, helpful and genuinely seems like they don’t hate their job. Solid choice for lunch.
