My mother was in and out of this facility for 6 months. She started in the rehab unit and we felt like she had good care. We then moved her to the assisted living and that has been a horrible experience. There is 1 CNA for 52 patients. They never come when you ring for help and the only thing they do is provide your food and medicine. My mother just recently fell after she rang her bell for help and they had moved her walker. She broke her hip and now is in hospice. I feel like they are to blame. On top of all of this, the entire family contracted scabies from this facility. We paid $ 5800 a month and wish we would have made a better choice when deciding what facility she should go to.
