Next Level Performance Athletic Trainers

My wife and I had a great training experience with Mike at Next Level. Personally, I was a 20 year couch potato before I started with Mike and he taught us both the basics to start getting healthy. His workouts were always challenging, but he switched them up so it never got boring. We no longer train with Mike due to crazy work schedules, but when we see him at the gym he’s always quick with an encouraging word. Give him a try!

I was not impressed with the way the owners train. They have people run up and down the stairs, you can do that at home. Not innovative. Some of their trainers are not even certified. They are only concerned about getting you hooked into a gym membership and training package.
