While visiting Spartanburg, SC we decided to pop into Asheville for a two day holiday. We discovered Nourish and Flourish on a Wednesday night, as it seems like there is a weekly donation based Kirtan that happens there. It was quite enjoyable.
We came back the next day to get adjusted by Dr. Lumb — to my understanding it was a pure NSA chiropractic treatment, which was my first. I have been in chiropractic care for many years, but I was always treated with more physical and manual adjustments (cracking bones). It was a very interesting experience, and very enjoyable. My girlfriend had an extremely powerful experience /healing and is very excited to go back.
Afterwards we sat at the juice bar and ordered tea. The woman made me an extra strong Yerba Mate’ which I enjoyed with some almond milk —
Great place. Looking forward to going back.

I flew in from Chicago to work with Dr. Lumb. Brian, is modest, grounded, and remarkably accomplished. He’ll probably never tell you this, but he is regarded as one of the leading practitioners in the field nation wide, and often flies around the world to apply his special gift. Brian is truly amazing. He is very attuned, and insightful, and i have experienced profound results from working with him. Brian, his wife Jenny, and their dedicated staff have built a beautiful oasis of care. They are constantly finding new ways of being of service and healing. HIghly, highly recommended.

Over the past week, I’ve been fortunate enough to have several Network sessions with Dr. Brian and also see him work on numerous friends. I had only had one prior session — with another practitioner — which left me on the fence whether to continue. Dr. Brian erased any question with his concern, explanations and, most importantly, _results_. I felt noticeable shifts in my body and saw amazing things happening for several of my friends.
Heck with good hands, go see Dr. Brian and you’ll be in great hands!
