The layout of this place is super cool! They have it sectioned as little rooms set up so you could envision how and where the pieces should go then all randomly placed. The prices where ok but it was fun to look through!

Great place to stroll through on a weekend trip to Asheville. This is the centerpiece of several antique stores. Some very interesting eclectic finds in here. Mostly things from past 50 years. Prices seemed more reasonable than tobacco barn. Neighboring stores may have more treasures as well.

If I was looking to furnish my house I would most definitely come back here! They had the most amazing selection of 60’s and 70’s furniture I have ever seen! And a lot of it was actually affordable for the uniqueness of the pieces. I also found a little section of vintage clothing, and bought two very reasonably priced blouses. One of them had been one of the girls who was waiting on us, and she seemed so genuinely friendly and pleased to see the person buying the item(even though it was closing time). The only awkward part of Oddfellows is that it’s split up sections of one building and the only way you can get to the other areas is to go back outside.

Of all antique stores we’ve visited on our three-week road trip so far, Oddfellows was the one which made us wish we had a trailer with us. Oddfellows had numerous treats and unique finds in the funky, eclectic, industrial and good patina realms. Not only that, the woman who was manning the shop yesterday(Oct 9, 2009) was a delight and pointed us to other stores worth visiting. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. We were incredibly sad that we couldn’t take some of our Oddfellows finds home with us.
