One Way Eyeglasses

Great experience, highly recommended! Best price on an eye exam in town and Dr. Tullock was very thorough and personable. They had a large selection of frames and gave me a great deal on purchasing two. Although I was told it would take 4 days for the new frames to be ready, they were ready for pick up the next day! Overall I received 2 exams (one for my son) and two frames with quality lenses and features for under $ 360. Love this place!

The customer service is very poor. After my exam, I found and ordered a new pair of glasses and lenses and was told I would receive a call when they arrived. I had to call back myself to find out if my glasses were in and apparently they had been there but no one bothered to call me. As soon as I got home from picking up my new glasses, I noticed a scratch on the lenses. By then their office was closed so I called the next business day to bring it to their attention. I was told I needed to bring them in. When I took them in, they basically looked at them and said agreed that they were scratched. They informed me they would have to order a new lens and they would call me when it came in. I waited over a week and no one called so I called back and was told they «should» be in but they would have to call me back. I received a voice mail later that day saying my new lens was in «but it never made it to my tray» so no one notified me. I was advised to bring in my glasses anytime during business hours and they would replace the lens. I arranged to take time away from work a couple of days later and when I arrived I was told that only the optometrist could do this and I would need to come back. I asked if I should make an appointment and was told no. When I asked what the optometrists hours were, the reply was «it depends.» This is all in addition to overlooking the dirty office that was in dire need of updating or at a minimum, a good cleaning. This was the first time and last time I use this establishment and will not recommend them to my friends or co-​workers.

My son and I had exams there two years ago. It was a weird experience. The optometrist did not say one word to us. My son has always had extenuating issues with his prescriptions (having worn glasses for almost 18 years) due to amblyopia, and she didn’t say a word, just tore the Rx off the pad. She would not engage at all. The staff was nice but seemed untrained. I will never go back there. I even called my insurance company and told them because he needed to have another exam somewhere else. Weird.
