Pristine Clean Planet

Craig and Jen work really hard to meet all of their customers needs. I worked with the company for over a year and since moving back to Florida have not found a company as dedicated and professional to clean my own home. I hope you will give them a try as I can attest to their desire to get the job done right and for a steal of a price. Living in Asheville their price is reasonable but compared to many other places in the country, for the integrity and value it is hard to beat! I would recommend this company to anyone.

We were always sent out different cleaners and it was standard for them to show up anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour late. Half the time the house didn’t look much better than when we left in the morning. There is no tidying up or any attention to detail. No one ever vacuumed under furniture or under chairs, it was always minimal effort.
P. S. This is the second profile this company has since the first profile page they had on Unilocal!was full of negative reviews. Notice how all the Unilocal!reviewers who give them 5 stars and rave reviews are all from the 13^th of this past month and that those same folks haven’t bothered to review any other business other than Pristine Clean. Seems a bit fishy to me!
Stay away from Pristine Clean. Period.

I recently had Pristine Clean come to clean my condo. They were supposed to arrive at 1230. At 1245 they called to tell me they were on their way. After arriving at 1pm, I showed the my condo (2 bedroom, 2 bath, ~1000 sq ft). I told them I would like for them (3 cleaners) to concentrate on the kitchen and the master bathroom. They were the areas that needed the most attention. They told me for the agreed upon price of $ 150 they would be there for 2 hours. I told them there was water, beer, and soda in the fridge if they got thirsty, and I left my condo to go run errands. When I returned several hours later, my condo looked clean, the floors had been vacuumed, surfaces dusted, and the kitchen looked great. My real disappointment came when I entered my master bathroom. The commode was clean as was the sink and counter space around it. The shower however looked as if only the edge of tub had been cleaned. The faucet and handles still had soap scum residue on them (you could tell they had not even been wiped down) and the walls of the shower were in the same condition. It bothers me the 3 people were (allegedly) at my condo for 2 hours (6 hours of work time) and this wasn’t done, even after I had requested that it was the area of concentration. Side note, I left the television on for background noise for them, it was on ESPN, when I returned, the channel had been changed. I feel that I was seriously overcharged at $ 150 for the lack of cleaning I received
