What a great shop. We were greeted right away by one of the owners who fixed my glasses immediately. Jackie tightened the frames which had come loose while we were on vacation in Asheville. Then, she didn’t charge us anything. We both noticed a beautiful and large array of good-​looking frames to choose from, not always the case in an optician’s store.
Asheville is lucky to have such a competent provider who is also service focused and friendly! Highly recommend!

We were visiting from out of town and my wife’s contacts were damaged in travel and she could not see without them. Once our doctor faxed the prescription, Jackie really took care of us. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed so our honeymoon was not ruined.

I had my glasses made at The Optical Shoppe, and have sent my brother, friends, and business associates there to get glasses as well. Jackie and George are always so friendly and the service has always been thorough. Kudos also to Dr. Samuel Cox, the Optometrist, who nailed my prescription spot on! Highly recommend this business for eye exams, eyeglasses, sunglasses, or contacts in Asheville.
