Another Asheville restaurant that refuses to answer their phone. I’ve tried this place probably 6 times this week and no one answers ever. Why offer down town delivery if you don’t answer? Are you and urban café in some sort of pact to not deliver me a sandwich? I tip well and have a few coworkers who do as well. So I guess another menu to be thrown away due to horrible service. Thanks for nothing.

Decent food for a decent price. They aren’t gourmet sandwiches by any means. I found it more like comfort food. My tuna melt and fries reminded me of what my mom would make for me as a kid. The crinkle cut baked fries are like the ones you buy in the frozen food isle of the grocery store. Service was friendly and quick.

Best cold subs in Asheville. The Italian(all the way, no mustard) is perfect. Fresh hoagie rolls from Annie’s Bakery. Definitely the closest you can get around here to The Italian Store in Arlington. Sure, it’s double the cost of the sandwich chains around but it actually tastes like food. Happy to pay to taste my sub.

Best Cuban sandwich I’ve found to date. I wasn’t even a fan of the Cuban sandwich until I discovered this one. The Ruben is worth trying as well. Other sandwiches on the menu are well made. A cost effective quick lunch spot. Worth stopping in. Only open on weekdays.

Stopped in for a quick snack and we were not impressed. Ordered a submaniac and ended up giving all of the bread to our dog. Doesn’t hold a candle to Jimmy Johns.

WAY overpriced for mediocre sandwiches. Made a togo order for a chicken Monterey and a Philly cheesesteak. They never asked about bread options, both came on a white hoagie roll. The size was on the smaller side, less than 6 inches. They forgot the bacon on the chicken Monterey and the cheesesteak wasn’t cheesy at all. More green peppers than anything:(The best part of the meal was the pickle.

Food is great. A little bit expensive. Figure $ 10 for a sandwich and drink. Parking is a little clumsy too. I will come back to try some other things on the menu.

Cute place for inexpensive sandwiches and salads. They make pretty much any kind of hot or cold sandwich you can think of. Would be great for families that need an alternative to more expensive places downtown. Casual seating inside and out. Open only Monday to Friday.

Got their cuban sandwich and tuna sandwich… Sorry, but my dogs finished both of them. I am at a loss to understand how $ 15 of sandwiches were messed up, but it happened. The cuban was both over-crisp and soggy. The pork tasted bland and the hot sauce did no really work well on the sandwich. Tuna was flavorless… potato salad was super yellow and pickle-y. in a mustardy way. an in-your-face mustardy way… Was gonna eat in but every table was dirty and the place is weird… It aslo took too long. Was not our first time, but likely the last. :(

I was staying in town nearby for a few days. I picked up a turkey/swiss hoagie for lunch and it was great. My wife’s ham and swiss was also good. A couple days later I picked up a Sunshine wrap for breakfast and it was also great-actually better than a restaurant breakfast recently. Service is friendly and cheap. Overall great and I’ll definitely eat there again.

Best sandwiches in town and some of the friendliest service. One of the most underrated places to eat in Asheville.

I love this place. I mean who doesn’t love delicious sandwiches?(If you don’t you’ve got problems.) And I get happy every time I see that beautiful blue delivery truck. Anyone with taste in cars like that will get my business. Stay awesome, Two Guys!

Good sandwiches. I like the hot Southwestern Grill. THey are supporters of the Red Cross, which is great. One problem– closed Saturdays, which is when I usually want to go there.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt they make the worst subs I have ever tasted! I order an Italian, very little meat and all of the meat was placed in the fold of the roll… that means when you eat it, you get salad on one side and meat on the other. You know when you bite into a sub you want to taste everything you ordered in one bite. Even Subway finally learned to make it right. But this sub is not as good as one of those where you been driving across the country and you get so hungry you will take any kind of sub at a convenience store/gas station… but that one would be better!!! There was no flavor — onions were chopped like it was a hot dog stand. The bread for the roll was either 3 days old or wasn’t made right, it fell apart in my hands… that’s a mess… chopped onions, shredded lettuce and bits of ham not on the sandwich but on the paper it was wrapped in. If you would like to try one of their other sandwiches… please don’t do it on your way home from work… they close at 4:30! WHY? People don’t want subs/hoagies after 6 pm? And getting out of this place is taking the life of the rear of your car into your hands at the mercy of Charlotte St drag way. Better choice go next door to Fuddruckers! Jersey Mike’s does it right… even Subway is better and that is not saying much. Subs are my favorite lunch time food… from Maine to San Diego they call them different names. I’ve tried them all in 50 states… this one does not rate as even poor!

Killer sandwiches at low, low prices. I had a steak and cheese, and it was pretty damn tasty. Cheap, excellent potato salad is also available as well as a nice selection of chips. This is totally awesome, compared to by-the-numbers chain restaurants like Subway or Blimpie.
