The people who complain about their dog’s cuts not meeting their stupid standards are the same people who blame their hairdresser for not making them look like Taylor Swift. It’s hair/​fur, it grows back and your dog will feel so awesome from the love and attention it got, nothing else matters.
Had my timid, senior, goofy-​looking schnauzer-​mix girl groomed a couple months ago and they were the sweetest people ever. I was so worried it wouldn’t end well, but my little girl came out so happy and seemed so comfortable with her groomer and they were so kind. This place is awesome. I considered looking at other groomers for closer proximity, but I’m literally about to call them right now to schedule appointments for both of my dogs.
Also, they have the cutest treats for all pup sizes and they make a great gift for dinner parties! (Obviously, for hosts who have dogs)

If I could give them 0 Stars I would. I took my wire hair standard dachshund. I thought I had the same groomer that I had the last time I was there. It was some one else, but I explained in great detail not to touch his eye brows or are his face! I came Back to pick him up and she had totally shaved us eye brows and his beard! Now it will take 6 months to a year for them to grow back. They ruined my dog’s appearance. He’s even ashamed of how he looks!

Only person that has ever groomed our boys is Brittney. We have followed her to three locations and will continue to use her. She is fabulous with dogs and takes a personal interest in each and every dog. WGB has done a great job of getting certain toys and always has the best treats. Great location in Biltmore Park. Great people!

Loved this dog bakery nestled in the middle of Biltmore Village! The owner was very helpful. I bought some of his home made premium dog treats — Cheese and Liver Stars. he said they were his number 1 seller, and now I see why. My pups go nuts over them. I asked for something for my PomChis to chew on, and he suggested bully sticks. I bought 2 of them. The pups LOVED them, but my house smelled to high heaven. I didn’t realize bully sticks were 100% bull penises — my bad. To my pups chagrin, they won’t be getting any more bully sticks, but I will be making a trip to get more Cheese and Liver Stars. So glad to have a place to get the pups a birthday cake or cupcake.

Store: I’ve been to quite a few Woof Gang Bakeries, and this one is at the top of my list. Their prices are reasonable — for a boutique setting — the mother and son team that seem to be present most often are really friendly and seem to know their stuff. They don’t carry the brand of dog food I buy, but I get most everything else from here. At least until I moved. But my parents are regulars.
Grooming: I have had my dog groomed here twice. It’s a bit more expensive than I am used to from the other locations, but the girl did a really good job and even gave me a toothbrush for my pup to bring home.
All-​in-​all: Very helpful. Family-​owned. Lots of product knowledge. Great selection. That’s this place in a nutshell.

Fabulous! They have everything my little potato needs & deserves.
We’re dog-​treat snobs, so we just had to get some of their beautifully iced & sugared cookies. We also picked up a really gorgeous Harry Barker dog food bin with a cool dog-​themed toille print on it.
I spied some cute doggie birthday cakes/​cupcakes, if your furry friend has a birthday coming up.

What an adorable little place right in the middle of the retail Metropolis that is Biltmore Village! I took my dog to get groomed and was impressed by the customer service and all the cute store displays.
I do not understand the negative reviews but those are obviously for the previous owner as the new one has turned this place around. There is a table at the entrance full of fresh goodies for your dog from cannoli’s and cupcakes to biscuits shaped like Christmas trees for the holidays. This store has a bit of everything from clothes for your dog or cat to organic food, beds, toys and even custom harnesses and leashes.
I am in Asheville a lot and I can’t wait to take my little Shih Tzu, Tybee, back to Woof Gang for a groom and a treat.

Yikes, The other reviews aren’t so great but our experience was the complete opposite. We were greeted by the sweetest pup and later by an actual employee that chatted and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed all the pet supplies and cute items for your pet but I must say that our favorite part were the pet baked goods. They have the cutest Christmas Treats for your dogs. We bought a Christmas Tree and Santa Claus iced cookies and candy cane small treats. They had a very big selection of treats that they were hard to choose between. The prices were great as well for the homemade baked goods. The cutest thing that caught my eye though, was all the baked Birthday items for your pooch, including cupcakes!
They also had all types of bones that had peanut butter filling which our dogs LOVE and keeps us happy because it really keeps them occupied! Next time we will be bringing our dog to browse the store with us!

I was not impressed! When we walked in, there were 3 people behind the counter… not one of them welcomed us to the store… in fact they didn’t even acknowledge us and the next thing I saw, they were all going around the corner at the back of the store… and disappeared!!! Went here because a different website said that a different location had «our brand»… Nope, not here… she did suggest another store down the road, so I gave them one star!
