I’ve used Susie at Absolute Realty for 8 purchase and sales transactions and the management of 2 properties, over the past 14 years. She is knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond expectations. I’ve worked with a lot of agents but none better than Susie. She’s traipsed through fields and been chased by livestock with me, stood by me in court, and, more than once, put my interests above her own commission by advising me to get out of bad deals.

Absolute Realty is a family-​owned business and my experience over the years with them has been nothing less than very unpleasant.
The owner (Susie Brown) has been relentlessly condescending and unprofessional. They have been unresponsive to property management issues and when they have responded, they are consistently rude and belittling.
I would definitely NOT recommend this business to anyone.

The worst experience I have ever had with a property management company.
Their practices are unscrupulous and the realtors discriminatory and rude.
They have some nice properties but the experience is far from pleasant.
If I could, I would issue a zero-​star rating. Would NOT do business with them with again.
