Ashland KinderCare

Our son went to Kindercare in Ashland for a year. (2013 – 2014) There is high staff turnover of the teachers and our son was often shuffled between rooms. He was bitten several times by other children, once we weren’t even told, we saw it on his arm and had to Confront the staff about what had happened. I definitely don’t think they did much to eliminate this from happening. Often times, our son could be found in one room at the end of the day, his nap blankets in another and his lunch bag in yet another. We perceived a shortage of staff and extreme struggle with attention to communication/​detail.
Ultimately, I went to pick up my son one day and not one of the staff members could find him or knew where he was. Looking back, I should have reported the center and asked for money back, but I’m just glad we were able to get him in a much more organized, caring place. I would not recommend this center.

What a pleasant and friendly place to take your child. They have varied curriculums for different ages and most of the employees have been there for years which is very comforting. I wouldn’t take my chiildren anywhere else. Kudos Kindercare Ashland.
