Terrible customer service. Showed up an hour late to repair my carpet. I kindly asked to remove his shoes before entering my house as they are covered in dirt and snow and his response was «No, I can’t. I’m gonna be going in and out of the house» okay I understand but bring shoe covers then!!! I had to repair my carpet now I’m going to need it cleaned. Carpet repair was decent but I’d go somewhere else just for better customer service.

Went in looking for bamboo flooring to cover over 1000 Sq feet of flooring. Lady couldn’t even get off her butt to help.
