Boulevard has a lovely, beautiful, airy space that is conducive to a quiet cup of coffee, and seems like a great place to meet-up with friends or do some studying! I enjoyed the Noble Coffee being served, which is more of the tannic /fruity type, vs the strong, thick, dark style – I like both, so found it to be tasty. We came on a Sunday, and I could instantly tell that pastries and bagels were from a day when the bakeries were operating… which was not today. They were wrapped in plastic and didn’t appeal to me. The biggest disappointment was the bagel, which was clearly a Franz or Costco product, and not nearly the caliber a place like this should have. They should consider purchasing from one of the few bagel joints in town… it would make a big difference. Overall, a nice little joint in a relatively quiet part of town. Take a book, have a cuppa, and enjoy the view of the Ashland hills!

This used to be my favorite coffee shop. The staff is great and the renovations look nice. This was my go-to for a quick, yummy lunch at a reasonable price(college student budget!). Unfortunately, with the renovations came a new image, I guess. Prices seem to have increased by about 75% and the café will now have more of a restaurant feel. Personally, I am really bummed, but I do plan on trying their new menu(although I can no longer afford to be a regular).

Atmosphere is key. 180 degree views of grizzly peak, a view of the stratfords indoor, pool, good music, charismatic baristas, amazing coffee(noble roasters) and tasty food make boulevard a perfect stop for anyone who doesn’t want to deal with the over-hyped coffee shops downtown. We love boulevard!

I love the location, the amount of seating and general seating layout which is welcoming whether you want to meet a friend or whip out your laptop to work for a few hours. They have great coffee and offer basic coffee shop snacks like muffins etc., as well as heartier foods like salads and sandwiches. Another bonus = free wifi and public computer. Sometimes the staff can act like customers are a huge inconvenience which never feels good and there can be some inconsistencies depending on who takes the order. My biggest complaint is that they actually serve some of the«hot» dishes cold and you have to figure it out that your are supposed to microwave yourself. It’s not appetizing. EVERYPERSON I KNOW has felt extremely awkward the first time they order quiche and then have to ask why it’s ice cold. Over all I like this place and have learned what to order(salads are great, breakfast burritos are microwaved but they are cheap!) and will continue to be a customer. My business partner and I meet here quite often as we love the outdoor tables!

What can I say? Nice atmosphere — close to the downtown library and they use NOBLECOFFEE, which REALLYWOKEMEUP ! Not familiar with«Noble», but it did the job mid-afternoon. Free computer use, and generally TRENDY, COMFORTABLEATMOSPHERE ! Uncertain how many locals vs. tourists go there, however. I go there all the time now, when I’m in Ashland !

We stopped here for a quick breakfast, which it was. But the breakfast itself was really not great. The selections are all pre-made and in a refrigerated case, which means they heat them up in a microwave when you order. So the English muffin /ham /egg /cheese sandwich I got was hot in some places and cold in others. Not to mention it was limp add rubbery from being microwaved. Maybe the smoothies are better…

Mocha was just average, breakfast burrito was ok. I got both for 8.75 which was a little high for the quality. Burrito was pre made and reheated.

Really nice place! The cushioned furniture is old and uncomfortable but the wood chairs and stools are fine. The windows are nice and the coffee’s good.

I only went here a couple times but always had a good experience. I loved the huge windows that overlooked the usually rainy street. It was sort of like the beginning of an emo song. Siting in a coffee house alone, looking at the rain fall, out on the empty street… Anyways! Great mochas. Best mocha. I remember drinking it and thinking«by god this is the best mocha I’ve ever had.»

Good little coffee joint. Not crowded and has amazing free wifi. The service is friendly and coffee refills are only 75 cents.

Raising the rating – had the yogurt parfait, breakfast burrito, and a lunch sandwich(not on the same day), and all were delicious. That, and I’ve done my work here so many times that the day I forgot to bring my wallet, the server offered to have me pay for a yogurt parfait the next day. That was so nice and completely unexpected, it left me somewhat speechless.

This place is sort of tucked away since it’s off the plaza and part of a hotel, so I think people disregard it, but they shouldn’t. It’s a great coffeeshop to study and do work in(free wifi), lots of great lighting from all the windows, it’s quiet and spacious, and the food is really good! The coffee is Noble, so it’s definitely high quality. The blueberry muffins are the sh*t. SODELICIOUS. And huge. It’s a meal. Eat up!

Boulevard Coffee is the best coffee shop in Ashland. I usually get a Mocha which is not too sweet just the way I like it. The latte art is awesome! They also have delicous and affordable sandwiches. I usually get the ½ smokestack which comes with a salad all for $ 3! You can get the full sandwich for $ 5. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Allyssa is my favorite barista! Oh and they do have beer and wine I believe.

Stopped in to the Boulevard when they hosted Green Drinks this week(an eco-friendly seminar series). They serve Noble coffee(a personal favorite), and have a really friendly space with great views.

Great place with lots of natural light and comfortable seating. Helpful staff with smiles on their faces all the time. Free wifi! Perfect place to meet someone for coffee or to go alone, plug in those headphones and get a lot of work done. Really yummy locally-made gelato too. They stay open late, and you can even walk there from most places downtown. I love their breakfast burritos too — my favorite is chorizo and the veggie. When a friend wants to meet for coffee, I always suggest we meet here. I’m not a really big coffee drinker, but they serve Noble coffee here, which I’ve been told is really good coffee.
