Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very unprofessional. Came here from California and was dropped off to rent the car; and the car wasn’t even here to rent when I went to pay for another vehicle they were giving us they wouldn’t rent it to me due to my license address not being updated because they told us we needed a major utility bill that matched our license address before they could rent to us. We just moved 2months ago to our current address in California and didn’t update our licenses. Meanwhile were trying to figure out what were going to do stranded! Never did it say anywhere on the website that if you were using a debit bank card or credit card you need to have matching license addresses and make sure you bring a utility bill. I just rented a car with my same license and debit card last September. Such an inconvenience!
