First Class Pet Care

Contacted Colleen a couple of months prior to see if they could watch our 5 month old Havenese, Zoey. Julie came to our hotel room on two consecutive evenings to allow us to go to dinner and a play. There was an immediate connection between Zoey and Julie! She walked her in the evenings and took excellent care of our high energy puppy. We will certainly use Colleen’s services the next time we stay in Ashland (this is an annual event for us)

Sheila sat with my Boxer in our Ashland Springs Hotel room while we dined and saw plays at the Shakespeare festival for 2 consecutive nights. Coco was thrilled to see her the second night. She walked her and played with her in our room. Fabulous service!

Colleen took very good care of my 13 year old chihuahua while I was away for a week. She came by three times a day, fed, walked, and played with him. She even sends photos everyday for the particularly over-​protective pet owners like myself. Colleen is a wonderful alternative to boarding your pet. He/​she can stay in a familiar environment with familiar smells and all of their toys instead of being subjected to the unfamiliar and loud cages at pet «hotels/​resorts.» I highly recommend Colleen the next time you have to leave somewhere and can’t take your pooch or cat with you!

We were relatively new to the Ashland Oregon area and needed a pet sitter for a month while we were out of the country. I researched the internet and was impressed by First Class Pet Care’s website. Colleen Malloy, the owner, came for a consultation and our unfriendly cats took to her right away. She is certified in animal care and first aid. A warm and caring person, I was confident Colleen would take good care of our «girls». The old cat had some litter box issues for the first time (probably due to our being gone), but Colleen took care of the problem like the pro she is.
We have subsequently used her several times and she does a great job of taking care of the furry girls and things around the house (garbage to the curb, collecting mail, watering plants). The piece of mind Colleen brings to our lives when we travel is incredible. The last time we used her for a week, and I didn’t check in once! That is no small feat for me. I knew Colleen would let us know of any issues.
Will most certainly continue to use her when we travel.

We, my husband and I and our dog and cat, consider Colleen family. Her personality is warm and nurturing and our «kids» love her, as do we. It’s hard enough to leave the kids behind when we travel, but knowing Colleen is with them alleviates ALL guilt, concern and worry, and I know we are missing them more than they us with her exceptional care. Colleen is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and professional and I highly recommend her for your pet-​sitting, pet-​care needs.
