The burgers here are amazing. The beef was grass-fed(for a couple dollars extra), and it was honestly the best burger I’ve ever had. The pickles were delicious and homemade. The salad dressings are made in house and the salads are fresh and well-prepared. They had a great variety of beer on tap. If their soup of the day is mushroom soup, it’s a must-have. We finished with marionberry pie with ice cream. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the charm of this place, and on the basis of my meal, I plan to return and stay in their cabins as well!

Just when you think you might die of hypothermia, you stumble on this place! Try the fried zucchini app with home made ranch! Full bar, friendly service and good food when you aren’t really expecting it.

I am so perfectly happy and incredibly impressed. Just went for my honeymoon for a few days and I have not a single complaint. We stayed at Boccard point cabin and it was so gorgeous. The best view in the entire property. So many thoughtful amenities. Bath robes, plenty of towels, radio, comfortable furniture and king size bed, wrap around porch on both floors, 2 outdoor porches, 1 enclosed porch, hot tub with an incredible view, beautiful cabin right in the heart of nature, kitchen is actually set up, fireplace in the living room, not just the bare minimum whatsoever. The restaurant is a beautiful and short walk from any cabin. Chicken coup, horse shoe pit, woodshed. The list goes on and on, honestly. And the service is incomparable! Every time you call the owner picks up and very friendly staff at the restaurant! We came in at 1 am so he left me a map and detailed hand written note detailing any questions we may have. Unfortunately, I used a ride cab driver who insisted on calling the owner for help at this late hour and he remained patient and helpful anyway. Very very reasonable pricing, not much more than any other but far surpasses any other place to stay. I wouldn’t change a thing and we plan on returning soon.

Hadn’t been here since 1987 as a teenager. Things look different, given my memory and all. But, it’s a cozy cabin in the woods(on Hwy. 66 at the Hyatt Lake Junction). Inside is warm and inviting. The staff greet you immediately and they’re ALL friendly as can be. Menu times are very specific for breakfast thru dinner, so expect a scheduled setup. I was offered an opportunity to order a dinner item during lunch, but I declined. I didn’t want them doing unnecessary prep for just li’l ol’ me dining alone. All of their menus have a good variety to choose from. I just ended up having their soup & salad combo with bread. The vegetable beef was outstanding! All the salad dressings, soups, pies, etc. made from scratch in house. Claims are ingredients are locally sourced, mostly organic when available. I ordered the marion-berry pie for dessert with a cup of coffee & cream. Real half & half. Absolutely delicious pie! You could tell it was homemade. Not corn starch as a thickener, like at commercial places that do pie. Glad I returned after all these years! Barbara and Esther, plus the rest of the staff are awesome! Thanks for a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a dog and they welcomed us with bowls, clean up bags, and treats. The rooms were excellent! The food was pretty good too! The only thing that wasn’t amazing was the jacuzzi, we just couldn’t get the water hot! It was luke warm. I still give it a 5 stars because we weren’t looking for a jacuzzi, it was just a nice extra, it definitely could’ve been because of the time of night and how many people were using it, who knows. Everything else was amazing!

Our cabin was absolutely wonderful. Felt very private. Please note you must take a dirt road to the cabins, but once there you truly feel like you are up in the mountains. loved that our wood burning stove was ready to go with all the accoutrements and the outdoor tub was super cool. Service was actually really, really good. Please note they are closed around 9pm and not open again until 7am. This make check-out a bit difficult as we had an early morning flight. No matter what, get groceries BEFORE coming up. The restaurant on site was really top notch, however it would have been nice to have some snacks and there are no general stores for miles. Overall, very positive review.

I was searching for any place to eat. I was in the middle of nowhere and very hungry. Wow did I luck out! This place is a gem. I ordered a free range sirloin power salad. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the salad was huge. Very tasty. Never expected this.

Stopped off for one evening on the way to Portland and had a great time. The difficult drive it totally worth it. The inn is surrounded by beautiful forest, everyone who works there is really friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, the food is great. Will definitely be visiting again.

Liked the people a lot and was exactly the kind of place we wanted to be. Good morning coffee in mugs that weren’t too big(coffee gets cold) but could wrap my hands around. All the food needed salt, which is why there are salt cellars. Easy fix. Pancakes were tangy as described, but not big and fluffy if that’s what you like. My omelet was stuffed with spinach and tomatoes and bacon, too big to finish, but I tried. Best side of bacon I’ve seen in a while. Thick cut and crisp. We took a slice of key lime pie to go. There are about 10 or so varieties on hand. Worth the trek from Ashland for new views and total change of scene. Cabins available l rent, made from wood already down on property.(We dined, didn’t stay but may on another trip). Oh yeah: electric car charger(old gas pump cleverly converted) and big bike rack out front. Bring a sweater — freezing inside.

We were riding by this place and spur of the moment decided to take a break from the bike and have a bite to eat. Good call! The staff is really nice and mellow, especially when we wound up waiting out a thunderstorm and rain that we didn’t want to ride through. One of our servers was a rather young man that was personable and mature beyond his years. Had their tri tip sandwich special and they graciously added grilled onions and cheese upon request and it was fab! My BF had it without any add ons and liked it too. Split a huge chocolate chip cookie served warm with ice cream; yum. Good beer and wine selection. Even in the rain we sat on the patio and it’s a beautiful view out in the woods.

We had an outstanding«lunch» at 4:30pm. It was a salmon salad with almond slivers, cranberry, generous portions of goat cheese with a lot of delicious smoked salmon. There were two yummy thick slices of bread with ice cold butter and a home made vinegrette. It was perfect.

So pleased with my first experience here! Very friendly crew. Great dinner, I had the Alfredo with curry rice soup side and there fresh delicious bread all made in house! Oh yeah and a local IPA :) They have To-Go six packs of local & domestic beers!!! This is a MUSTSEE for all you PCT hikers out there! They have lodging, breakfast, lunch, dinner, a take one — leave one box for hikers, access to a computer with internet, a donation based movie library, a mini drugstore(shampoo sunscreen toothpaste) I recommend this wonderful little hidden gem to everyone out there who appreciates great food, atmosphere & people! I almost left then turned around sat back down and ordered a piece of pecan pie with a side of ice cream !!! Really really good! AND one of the wonderful cooks gave me my first sautéed freshly picked lions mane mushroom!(made my eyes roll back into my head) I look forward to my next visit!(breakfast)

Well I picked this on price, it was a great deal via Expedia. When driving out there I thought oh my god where am I going as it was further out from Ashland than I thought. Boy am I glad I went, it is old world and brilliant to boot. The folks are super nice, the food they cook is fresh and tasty and the room I had super clean and perfect. Getting away from it all here is perfect. Will definitely plan on staying again. A little addition — just had breakfast. Huge and delicious.

We picked Green Springs on the fly as a road trip stop over. We called to reserve a room about an hour out, the person on the phone offered to have the restaurant prepare dinner for us so food would be waiting when we arrived. Dinner was excellent & the room super comfortable. The staff were beyond friendly & very accommodating. We highly recommend Green Springs Inn. PS killer oatmeal raisin cookies.
