Hahna Nails & Spa

I’ve been here 3 times and every time my manicure has come out gorgeous. They are friendly and very professional. The Spa itself is beautifully decorated.

I write this as someone who has owned their own business and been on the receiving end of reviews. The atmosphere is beautiful and I’ve seen people’s gel nails done here and it looks like they do a nice job, I was excited to try this new place. I went to get a pedi and my husband a mani. I arrived on time, the salon was not busy and I still had to wait longer than necessary until my seat was ready. I’m used to the other Ashland salons that get you right in or are already waiting for you if you have an appt, which I did have. The water was warm at best but I didn’t have time to spare so I didn’t say anything. The girl started and began a congenial conversation asking basics about me and my family. Unfortunately one of her responses to my answer was «that’s weird». I don’t care if she’s 19, calling a life event of a customer weird is highly unprofessional. I tried to let it go, but what followed was the worst pedicure of my life. Slow, not enough exfoliating, massage was so light it wasn’t even enjoyable, and looking at my nails tonight they aren’t even shaped evenly! I didn’t even bother with polish, I was too miffed and running late. As I left I spoke to the woman at the front desk and told her what happened and left my husband there finishing his manicure. At this point I would have gone back and given them a second chance but when hubby returned home he told me the front desk said «sorry about that» but still charged full price, I was floored. Never going back

I gave them a try today. I wanted a design for Halloween. First impression about this salon is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly, honest, and helpful. I recommend people to try out this place, it worths every penny.

I wanted to love it but I got gel mani s week ago and already issues. They didn’t gel my front edge of nails so lifting. I usually easily get 2 weeks if not longer. Disappointed. Not sure I’ll give them a second chance. On the plus side the staff was nice.

Beautiful salon with professional nail technicians who focus on the experience. All products are high end and designed for nail health. Love it

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. My m gel nail polish didn’t even last 6 days. The nail tech who was working on me talking about the owner and how she was talking to a client.
Then she proceed to say so not take a picture of another nail tech for the Unilocal page because no one would like it. They always got «lab coats» and my nail tech repeatedly asked the other nail tech what size she was and how it fit. EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION. I will never return or make recommendations about this salon.

I have been waiting for this new nail salon to open in Ashland. Just driving by and seeing how the store front looked from the outside spoke volumes about what this salon was going to be.
I walked in today without and appointment and was immediately greeted with a smile and service.
This salon is classy, stylish and really professional. I had a manicure done (gel polish) with Mai. She was efficient, polite and quiet. She explained she was quiet because if she chatted, it would slow her down, lol! I didn’t mind. Everyone in this salon are fun and friendly. The prices are really reasonable too!
I look forward to going back!

Forewarning: I hate writing reviews but soo, I’m the kind of girl who has a place or people for everything — hair salon, car stuff, etc. I’d rather have a great place a little further than some local crap. I did have a nail salon but for the last 6 months, I’ve been searching for better and failed miserably. I was excited to find out two salons in Ashland opened. I haven’t been to the other one, but didn’t hear such great things. So today, after my last decent mani last week, I was in desperate need to get my fix. I turned to Unilocal and saw Hahna finally opened, and already had a great review. I came in within 30min of closing, and they were so accommodating! The place is pristine, and everyone is very friendly. The color/​brand selection is great, and my tech, Judy, was super friendly. She did a great job and even told me about ANC, a new nail technique that’s the new shellac. I definitely will be back for the ANC. The place isn’t the cheapest ($ 35/​gel mani), but it’s convenient and totally worth it. Also they took 10% off for an opening special and got a super cute welcome gift (flip flops and a super cute water bottle).
I will be back, think I found my place!!!

Went for first time, so comfortable, clean, brought my daughter too, It was a nice experience, staff was nice, easy going, took their time. Loved it will def. be back, owner also working on clients, super nice, they do well with walk-​ins, You may pay just a few more dollars but worth every penny.
