Hill Station is located in a space formally occupied by a high end photography studio. For several years I would walk by and gaze at those Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones family pictures. But the times they are a changing! Also gone is the Davis & Cline glass studio, that is now occupied by Piccadilly Cycles located kitty corner from Hill Station. Hill Station is a really pretty space, nicely appointed, and with an attractive selection of imported home-related goods. I did enjoy my couple trips through the store, and appreciate the effort that Ashland businesses put in to attract business, both when the OSF is running and during the winter interlude. This place is definitely worth a look, even though their provisions are more in line with Gayle’s tastes than mine.

I visited this store for the first time during the summer. Beautiful shop located across from a new crêpe café in the Railroad district. Gorgeous imported goods. Bought a white kurtis. Going back to buy a bedspread next summer :)

This little store has some beautiful, unique items that you won’t find in other Ashland stores. It’s in a cute area of town recently developing as a cultural district. Worth the trip out of «downtown» to check out their imports!
