This store receives donations in support of their hospice cause as well as estate contributions. Compared to other similar non-profit resale stores, their prices are more like«boutique» pricing. Antiques and art are often priced above antique store & gallery prices. Occasionally, there are some wonderful treasures to be had, but expect to pay accordingly. Clothing is a better bargain. Also, don’t get attached to any item you place a hold on. Furniture and unusual pieces are«held» while the store consults with local dealers/experts for pricing. More than once, my «hold» has disappeared and the item is sold to someone else. I am told this is a result of the Boutique being staffed with volunteers. Additionally, hours of operation do fluctuate with the availability of volunteer staff to run the desk.

Great volunteers and employees. Super cool stuff from Ashland donators and sadly, estates. Also, such a great non-profit organization ran by Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice. All around a great store and a place worth checking out. I know I enjoyed visiting here often when living in Ashland and when I volunteered here in 2011 – 2012.

I love this place. Being from the bay area, where thrift shopping is it’s own little art form, I appreciate this place very much. The donors somehow are a a group of people who lightly wear high quality clothing. I have found cherished vintage in this place. I almost never leave empty handed and excited.
