Mark has been keeping my washer and dryer going for years! Honest and kind as the day is long… case in point: recently the dryer started having a grinding noise (not good!) –Mark was able to come the next day and fixed it for a song. There have been times where he has not charged us for items he felt were his issue. It is close to impossible to find this kind of person in the service field any more.
–I have given his name out to others and the reaction is always the same. Thanks, Mark… you are truly one in a million!

Mark was courteous, efficient and carefully explained exactly what our dryer needed to be resurrected. He went the extra mile to check and clean an exterior vent. I will not hesitate to call him again when the need arises.

Exceptional customer service! Mark took our call and made it to our house to look at our washer the same day. We had problems that were definitely not run of the mill and Mark returned several times to help troubleshoot without charging us. His price was very fair, especially since he spent 5 – 6 hours at our house over 3 separate days fixing this weird problem. He was very honest and forthright about cost and how long it would take. Mark called us and showed up for appointments when he said he would — which was a pleasant surprise in his industry! Very impressed and recommend wholeheartedly!
