This is for the grooming station, not the PetSmart store. We made an appointment for our dog for a full spa treatment and were told it would take 3 – 4 hours, but usually less. They finished six hours later — and only began work on our dog once we arrived to pick her up 4.5 hours later!(They told us it would be a 30 minute wait. It was an hour-and-a-half.) And to top it off, they only gave her a hair-cut and brief bath, not the service we had ordered.(She was even still damp when we got her back. And the haircut was patchy and rough, obviously a rush job.) On a follow-up with the manager they tried to lie to us about what was done — saying we had only ordered a basic cut, when that was not the case and was on their invoice. Then they gave another, entirely different story about what had happened when we pointed out our original request was on the invoice. Find another groomer: mistakes can be made, but trying to lie to paying customers to cover up your mistakes is pretty evident of bad business practices. This is the first time I’ve felt the need to write a negative review of any business.
