Pristine Detailing

It’s no wonder this family details Air Force One. Air Force One? Yeah, that’s the President’s plane! When the plane’s managers were looking for the best, they found it with Pristine Detailing in Ashland, Oregon. And, luckily, I did too.
Last summer, after a weekend of driving the filthy roads of a burned-​out national forest, and with car windows rolled down sucking-​in that road grime, I knew the drive-​through car wash would never get my car clean. I got the idea of getting a real detailing but was shocked by the cost. However, with a car as foul as mine was, I thought, OK, I’ll take a chance and see if it’s worth it.
The wonderful family that runs this business knows something about detailing a car. In fact, they really know everything. And after a full day of working on my car, it looked better than the day I drove it home from the dealership. Seriously.
But, I wondered, might it just look superficially beautiful? That’s when I gave it the «white glove test» and I went deep to see if they skipped anything. I checked in the wheel wells. Scrubbed. I checked under and up behind the dash board. Not a speck of dust. I examined the edges of the doors… I mean, who cleans the edges of their doors? Well, Pristine Detailing does. Try as I might, I could not find even one spot on my Rav4 that had not been cleaned and polished!
I was overjoyed by the excellence of the work Pristine Detailing did on my car. And when was the last time most of us were more than 100% satisfied by work we’ve had done and paid for?
So there’s my story. And with it I give Pristine Detailing my highest recommendation. This is an exceptional family of detailers who take personal responsibility for the work they do, and oh boy, does it do them proud!

I visited Mark (the owner) about a week ago with a severe problem I was having with my windows. I had a greasy film on the front and rear windows, and a haze on the sides. They were preventing me from driving safely. Being new to the area, this was the first business I found with a Google search.
I stopped by in the morning since I was out and about. Mark’s appointment for that day (and the next two days; it was a large job) had cancelled on him, so he was able to look at my car on the spot. Lucky timing on my part. He had a paste of sorts that his son had developed and tried a bit of it on a sample spot of my windows. It made a huge difference! I told him I could come by tomorrow around lunchtime to get the work done.
I got there the next day and he along with his son Travis got right to work. It’s a very small shop, so they found me a chair to sit in and hang out with them while they worked. They were very down to earth and sociable. They also worked diligently to service my car. When all was said and done, my windows looked amazing, a thousand times better. They also charged me a very reasonable price for their labor. Much lower than I expected, for sure.
If you need any kind of detailing work done, come see Mark and Travis. They’re total ace in my book. They also talked about possibly moving to a larger shop soon if an arrangement they’re working on goes through, so that would mean even more space to do their awesome work!

Pristine Detailing is Fantastic! This father and son duo are professional, honest, polite and meticulous. My six year old car looks brand new. Thanks to them I fell in love with my car all over again. If your car need detailing, take it to them, you will not be disappointed!
