Pizza was good, if I just got pizza I would have given it a 4. I ordered a grilled chicken salad which Was probably the worst salad I have ever had. The«grilled chicken» were chicken(?) chucks from a can. There was nothing even close to it being grilled chicken. Felt like I was eating tuna! I think you are ok with pizza and calzones. I will try it again but I’m staying away from any salads!!!

New to the area and decided to try sam way and it was great. The pizza was fantastic and Sam was the nicest guy. I can honestly say this is now our go to pizza shop. Sam made everything fresh and waited to finish prep on our sub so it would be hot when we picked it up. These are the things you just don’t see anymore. I think SamWay is off to a great start and hope business only gets busier and busier for him. Lastly the prices are fantastic, he is already 1 – 2 dollars cheaper on all items.

Decent cheese pizza(sauce was great, but, the crust was a little on the thin side). Good deal $ 11.99 for one large cheese pizza and a 2 liter soda. The owner was extremely friendly and worked his tail off to get the pizza to us within 5 minutes of ordering(while this was unnecessary, it was very much appreciated). I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.

This is the local favorite I used to avoid(till I realized it was right in the plaza with Market Basket on Rt. 126, and I tried redeeming a recent gift card there while doing grocery shopping). Now I’m a repeat customer. What sets Sam Way apart from my old go-to’s like Ashland Pizza Palace, Nick’s Pizza, and Southborough House of Pizza is that every order is made my the owner with love at an unbeatable price. The best pizza in Metrowest(aside from Eros, but they’re pricey). The closest thing to New York-style pizza, but without the burnt crusp I’ve gotten at Nick’s, across town. Try the gyro subs as well, with meat prepared to order for $ 5. All the pizzas are superb except for the buffalo chicken(I too was expecting breaded chicken). When you place a pick-up order, buy one of his delicious cookies for 69 cents, made fresh daily. The real winners here are the calzones, the only decently-stuffed jumbo $ 6 – 7 calzone like you remember from college in the county(I’ve searched far and wide)! Favorites are the Veggie Lovers Calzone and the Buffalo Chicken calzone with ricotta 10″, the best meal that $ 6 and change can buy you in Ashland. Only thing I would pass on are the burgers(pretty small for $ 5) and fish and chips(nothing to right home about, pretty sure it’s the only pre-packaged food used here). Incredible sandwiches and pizza are Sam’s specialty.

Stopped by based on a recommendation and I’m glad I did. The meatball pizza is absolutely fantastic… Especially the dough! It’s crispy and doughy and just delicious. Highly recommend and the the owners are so kind and service-oriented. I’m coming back to try out the subs next.

I was really excited to try a new pizza place when we ordered out from Sam Way, but I was disappointed with the end result. We had ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza; dry crust with no flavor and plain grilled chicken with way too much Buffalo sauce. We also ordered a grilled chicken salad, which had season-less chicken and pickles in it. Sorry, but we won’t be ordering out from Sam Way again. I believe Pizza Stop was sold to the owners of Sam Way and they don’t quite hit the same mark.

My five year old daughter and I are regulars here. She loves the large pepperoni pizza and I have tried their sandwich and fish and chips, everything is fresh and delicious. We recently had her fifth birthday party and ordered 7 large pizzas for 15 kids and 20ish adults. Almost every pizza was different(topping/slices combos). Pizza arrived piping hot on time and perfect according to order. Lots of people commented on how good the pizzas were and devoured all 7 of them. Best part of that story: I gave the owner $ 20 tip which he turned around and donated to the local elementary school. Eating food never felt this good before.

Great cheese pizza! My parents had always raved about«Bidinos Pizza» from the 80’s/90’s and Sam has brought it back. I’m glad he did!

The pictures of the food that are displayed outside the shop are much better looking than what you actually get. Stay away from the fish and chips. You get 3 small pieces of battered grease on top of dried prepackaged cheap whitefish that still has skin on it. You would be better off buying a box of Gordon’s or Van de Kamps and microwaving it. After throwing half the meal away and telling the little guy behind the counter how he should improve his product, he became defensive and argued that no one sells fresh fish. I then decided to try a slice of pizza thinking the fish was just his weak point. He picked a piece out a pie without gloves or washing his hands and tossed it in the oven. He took it out the same way. It was soft and doughy and you could tell it was sitting out all day because the cheese had a foul taste to it and the sauce tasted like he bought it from Market Basket next door.

My husband swears by Sam’s steak and cheese. They are always give you excellent customer service. We have lived in Framingham over 10 years and we have tried almost all the pizza/sub shops and 5his is the best. Absolutely an hidden gem!!!

So our usual pizza place was closed & based on the reviews we decided to try Sam way. I was actually happy our usual place was closed! I ordered a large calzone — Italian. Which was not on the menu but he had no problem making one for us ! It was very good and HUGE! The man I met there(I’m assuming was the owner because he was the only one there) was so sweet and nice offering me ways to get deals & let me know how good it was going to be! This might just be our new«usual» :)

Tried cheese sticks and onion rings yesterday. Tasted very good. Sam is very friendly and nice. I think this place is under-rated. A must try for Ashland residents looking to try something different. Price is also reasonable. Lots of options for vegetarians too.

So I decided to try this place for the first time after driving by many times. If your reading this then you already know that Natick/Framingham/Ashland area is filled with pizza places and most of them are simply just not that good. We placed an order for 3 large pizzas, the Mexican Fajita, the buffalo chicken, mushroom/pepperoni pizza along with an order of mozzarella sticks All I can say is that I truly enjoyed the food. The pizzas were made perfectly. This reminds me more of a New York style pizza where it’s thinner and crispier. The owner, Sam, was a really nice gentleman and helped me with questions about the food types, sizes and so on. The whole time we were chatting and it was a great experience. I had a wonderful experience and I will certainly be coming back. The only small complaint I had was with the chicken on the buffalo pizza, it was grilled chicken versus breaded chicken and it was a bit dry otherwise everything else was excellent.

I ordered for the first time from Sam Way & Pizza yesterday. I ordered a large pizza and a greek salad. The salad was perfect as you could tell care was taken when making it as the ingredients were high quality and crisp/fresh and it didn’t look slapped together in a plastic container. The pizza was great. Perfect amount of toppings, delicious pieces of fried eggplant and pepperoni spread across the pizza. The dough was on the thinner side and tasted great, not greasy at all and handmade. Way better than those corner store pizza shops serving up frozen, greek style crusts.

Drove by here and made a random stop for a quick bite. Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. It was terrible. The thing looked like it came from a frozen box. There was no flavor what so ever. I dont know what to think of it. A few hours later both my friend and I were sick. Maybe we just got a bad pie, but it was so bad, I don’t see another visit here.

Following the Unilocal tips we arrived to this place. Finally I got one of the best pizzas I ever eaten in Boston. Seriously, try this place and the Stop Pizza. What a flavor mix!

Doing laundry at the laundromat in the plaza and decided to grab some pizza while I waited. It was pretty small, and seemed like your neighborhood hole in the wall place. The guy working was friendly, service was quick, and the pizza came out delicious! Ended up using a coupon to get another one to go.

I got takeout from this little hole-in-the-wall a week or so ago and really enjoyed it for the most part. Pizza: very crispy, thin crust with good, flavorful toppings. Italian Sub: a little different than most places, almost like a Maine Italian, split top bun with fresh veggies and tasty, salty meats. Wings: Like most other places in Central MA, nasty, breaded crud. At first I thought they were boneless nuggets and when I chomped down, there was some kind of misshapen bone in there. Could have been a squirrel foot for all I know. The guys behind the counter(could have been the owners) were very nice.
