This is a friendly, family-​owned business. After calling five storage units (yes FIVE) I could not find a single one that had a 10×10 unit. So Mathew, the owner, agreed to rent me two 5×10s across from each other. I went in a few days early to arrange for my move in and he recommended a SUPERB mover/​packer for a fare price as well as gave me a free truck to use. I just had to put a little gas in it. In addition, the day I was there a 10×10 came open and he gave it to me on the spot. For me, moving is stressful enough as it is so customer service is everything and they have it. This company is professional and accommodating, though a bit slow on the computer on the check-​out. The only other thing that’s missing is temperature controlled units.
