Stayed here for a quick nap when heading to Kansas City. Room appears recently renovated and others under construction. It’s a basic motel at a moderate price. Mattresses are extremely comfortable!

Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, per night, per dog.
There is very little grass to walk your dog & the parking lot is SMALL! If you arrive after dark, you’ll most likely park nowhere near your room. There is a Denny’s across the parking lot.
This is an old motel, that’s probably been part of a dozen different chains over the years. The rooms are decent & I like the beds a smidge better than the Days Inn just around the corner.

For a budget priced motel, this carpet was clean, bed freshly made and very very comfortable. Bathroom was recently redone, very modern and appealing. The walls appeared nicely painted, although the baseboards were a bit in need of new paint. The furniture was clean, wood appointments not excessively nicked. The reclining chair was really, really comfortable. I usually stay at budget-​category motels, and this was a pleasant step above most of them. I would choose to stay here again, even if it was just overnight. BTW: free internet.

For the price we paid, we would have at least expected a clean room. The bathroom looked like it had recently been re-​done, but we found a used washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod. The bed looked clean, but when we peeled back the covers, we found a dead bug. So the bed must have been made and sat there for quite awhile. There was dust along all the edges of the carpet — we were rather grossed out.
